'It is a new hotel and could be a very nice hotel but there are things that still need to be done before anybody would want to stay there. We stayed in a room with no phone and no clock no view and windows that couldn’t even open.. There’s nothing to do. They do offer a free ferry to get to the other side of the island where things are happening. They have no bike rental no ability to set up tours. 'I think the organization and communication could improve. We have heard the resort is under new ownership. Reef haven is beautiful and the staff were so kind. There were some mix ups with excursions we participated in. It was hard to book spa services as a couple. One of us did get a massage and it was great. The menu was frustrating and not very allergy friendly. We managed the menu and did not have any issues, however items were improperly marked (or not marked) gluten free. The resort was...

'We stayed at the Hilton Mahogany Bay and Ramons.. 2nd time we have done that. Will not be doing it again. The Hilton is worn out! Will stay at Ramons only next time. The grounds are beautiful.. love the lights and music in the pathways. They location may seem like it would be too loud.. not so. We really enjoy it here. '
