'Pool was nice and it’s a beautiful spot close to everything but there were bugs in and around our bathroom sink and our shower head didn’t work and the restaurants in the area had random hours that they went by and they also don’t mention that to get to the other half of the hotel you have to take a ferry until you get there but staff was super nice and respectful and cleaned our room everyday. '

'We stayed at the Caye Hotel - SP for four nights (sun-thurs) in March 2026. The rooms were clean, beds firm but comfortable. The staff was very helpful with recommendations of things to do, places to eat. Staff also offered to set up our snorkeling tour, golf cart rental, and water taxi tickets. They offered us water bottles and refilled our waters. They had small coolers and ice to be used for our day trips and towels for our beach outings. Their beach area was also shared with the...
