'The first thing that pleased me about the hotel was the friendliness and attention of the staff to my needs. I had come into town early and asked if it would be possible to have an early check in, and the employee immediately began to work to accommodate the request. In less than an hour I was able to check in. The room was fabulous, no problems and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers in and around Saraland. Five stars!!!!'

'Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc.'

'Bed was comfortable, however bedding was not clean, had some food residue on comforter. Sheets were fine. It is not a great place if you are traveling with children. My mama gut was going off the charts. Not clean, the floor was sticky and I made my kids keep their shoes on until they were sitting on the bed. Towels smelled and it did not have a fridge/kitchen like advertised. We stayed one night and that was plenty. If you are a man just looking for a comfy bed, this is for you, but I don’t...

'Room was perfect for what I needed. I ended up needing to extend my stay by 3 days and they were able to accommodate me staying in the same room. If you travel with pets this is a good place to stay.'
