'My experience staying here for several days was wonderful! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food tastes amazing and the hotel inside and outside is beautiful. The swimming pool is very clean and I felt safe with the visible security guards. I would definitely book and visit here again! '

'The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply.
I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity.
I will surely stay here again sometime in the future.'

' I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.'

'The hotel is completely run down, equipment not working we had to use 2 different fridges in our 3 day stay. There were 3 disused/ unserviceable air-conditioners by the entrance to the apartment we were given Dry rot and Rising damp characterize the rooms, we had to have the rooms aired after check in to allow moldy stale odor escape.The back of the apartment had overgrown weeds and broken down equipment and furniture stacked behind the kitchen window.The staff don't seem to know what they were...

I checked with the staff and they indicated that they can help with transport from the airport to the guesthouse but that there is a charge. 'As always the hotel itself was good but they all seem to lack in the bathrooms. The shower didn't work and they focus too much on running around telling you that you owe them for tea or drinks. Too much focus on getting money not enough focus on things working properly !!'

I had to contact hotels.com and they could hardly contact anyone. Kept getting a busy tone. Finally when they got in contact with someone the manager gave a different number to call on that is not listed. They got rid of my room claiming they held it long enough. '
