Room was very clean was there for a week and never had any troubles with the cleaning crew. Had a great view of the country from the balcony viewing the mountains what a site. 'While it was a short 06 hour stay before our flight, the receptionisit was amazing. She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek.
The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower.
Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located and certainly more nights if you are staying in Bishkek would be amazing here. '

'This hotel is proof that you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. While from the outside it looks very utilitarian and indeed unfinished as a building, the room itself was very well appointed and perfect for my requirements. Despite the language barrier, the staff were kind and helpful and made things much easier for me during my stay.'

Limited menu, no bar or restaurants in the hotel. I checked out and went to another hotel and cleared it with Expedia.

'The prosperity is really great and I have nothing to say just that is far from the main center of the city but it’s not a big problem, access by taxi is not expensive and it needs around 25-35 minutes up to the traffic jam '

'Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! '
