'Clean room….except it’s not the room I booked. I booked the room 4 months ago (2 queen bed suite) and they OVERBOOKED (admitted it too!) the hotel and I was kicked to a 1 bed room…with 3 people. The front desk clerk had to Facetime another employee to even get help (great GM management huh). There was no responsibility held by the hotel and no refunds given. The bedroom is HOT..we brought a fan since the vent in the room (which is a 1’x2’) does nothing. The AC in the living area does get cold...
