Nice hotel in a good neighborhood
I stayed here for only two nights and had an amazing stay during Christmas. The staff are very attentive and helpful. The gentleman who manages the breakfast is outstanding, who helps to identify different dishes and shares his expertise. The Italian restaurant called Oliva newly opened nearby is outstanding.

Solicita habitacion renovada y pasala muy bien.
Muy bien ubicado, buen desayuno, buen servicio. Las habitaciones estan en remodelacion y nos dieron una de las viejas en regular estado, hable con el gerente y muy amable ofrecio uograde sin costo. Me hubiera gustado desde el principio. Asi que asegurense que les den habitacion renovada y sera excelente.

We loved this hotel so much, we came back again. It has a real boutique hotel feel, with lovely decor and artwork. Our room had an awesome view and breakfast was excellent. The rooftop restaurant was amazing! We also loved the pub :)

C'è una discoteca sotto l'albergo
Prima di tutto non è un 4 stelle e non si trova in centro. Il giovedì e il venerdì sotto l'albergo c'è una discoteca con musica a tutto volume fino alle H 01,30 AM. Inutile protestare la musica non si fermerà. La colazione e abbondante ma poco varia e di scarsa qualità. Solo caffè all'americana. Se volete un espresso o un cappuccino lo dovete pagare a parte. Il personale è gentile.

Great staff made our trip fantastic.
We liked this hotel so much we extended our stay to six days. The service and travel advice was outstanding. The front desk arranged 3 excellent day trips with a private driver, gave us good advice and booked our exit covid tests. They couldn't be more professional. Breakfast included was a wonderful feature. Fresh juice and 7 kinds of fruit, omelets or eggs any style, meat, 6 cheeses, toast and pastries, vegetables and hot entrees, great coffee, so many choices: all delicious.

Great hotel with many restaurant options at a fair price. The breakfast people are very efficient and friendly as well as the reception and all personnel. The location is excellent, close to everything. The bar/restaurant next door is fun and vinagrete on the last floor has a great view and good food. I recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It seems to be a bit of an old hotel but still modernish, some wear and tear (bathroom tap didn’t work properly, furniture (couches and lounges/chairs) in the hotel could do with a clean but overall I had a great stay. Breakfast was nice and hotel is away from the Main Street so it’s pretty quiet which I liked. Room service was also delicious, although there must have been a different chef on each day as the first time I ordered a pasta it was actually better than what I had in Italy recently!

Phenomenal
My two stays at this hotel during my trip to Jordan exceeded my expectations both times.I felt welcomed and valued by each and every employee I encountered, and truly went above and beyond to meet my needs from start to finish. I will always recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to Amman.

Excellent staff! I had a great stay. However, I do have have 1 small comments. The room was too hot and the was no option to put in on AC. I opened the window but there was alot of noise coming from the outside. so I couldn't sleep well.
