What bothered me is that I asked for two bedrooms and the payment was made, but they gave me one bedroom under the pretext that two rooms were not available, and this is unfair

Very good value for the price, location and space
It was a budget flat as I thought, I booked it for 3 nights only to sleep as I was busy during the day. Great and very friendly staff, Salem, and very helpful. The flat I had got one bedroom, twins beds, despite requesting a double bed, a kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The single mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but okay ish. Location was good for me, close to where I needed to go, parking was easy outside but was coming back between 12.00am and 1am. But I could see parking was very busy when I leave in the morning so I’m not sure if any available during the day. I would book again if I was visiting on my own. I used the kettle to make a cuppa in the morning and the fridge for water bottles. The only thing I’d suggest is to provide a small hand towel and a bath towel as there was none when I had my first shower after a long trip. Thanks

Beware and do not have expectations here!
This night was unexpectedly awful. The hotel literally turned off power around 9pm. Imagine no light to be able to take a shower or eat or walk without tripping or hitting something! We used our phone flashlight to avoid injuring ourselves. But no power to charge phones. We left at 5:30 am as soon as the sun rose. I contacted hotels.com to inform about it. Unacceptable. I expect to be fully refunded. They blackmail you to give more money for your stay. When arrived we paid extra for the two nights booked. We were shocked of this but had no choice. Beware!

Eine wundervolle Möglichkeit preiswert im Zentrum einer pulsierenden Metropole zu hausen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich genau zwischen der Neu- und Altstadt und somit sind die beiden Stadtteile in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen! Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Exzellente Infrastruktur um die Unterkunft ermöglicht Ihnen Ihr Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Amman ist eine faszinierende, beinahe europäische Stadt mit wundervollen, schönen und freundlichen Menschen, dennoch mit einer eigenen unverwechselbaren orientalischen Note, die diese Stadt so anziehend und attraktiv macht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The Staff were nice,The location was good. however the condition of the hotel was very bad water leaking, plumbing and drainage problems in the bathroom, the price was reasonable but there were many safety issues water was leaking in the strairway ,the the drainage of dirty water from the sewage in the bathroom, the kitchenette had a very old washer,the cooking gas stove was extremely old rotted iron .This hotel needs proper maintenance and removal of old and dangerous appliances, and placement of safe and updated appliances, plumbing and cleaning

Not very clean
I guess you get what you pay for. However it’s unfortunate that very little cleaning is done before you enter the room. Under my bed was caked in dust, I had ants in the lounge area because of food that hadn’t been cleaned up, and a dead roach in the bathroom. The mattress was also uncomfortable and although the bed was very large, it was like i was sleeping on the wooden base of the bed. That being said, the hotel staff were very friendly, they served a nice breakfast from an outside cafe/shop etc. It was also minutes walking distance to the Abdali Mall (which is beautiful) and the JETT bus station for trips to Petra. Which is the main reason I picked this area. I wouldn’t stay at the apartments again though. Despite trying to think of this as part of the experience I would give this a wide berth in future. I’m sorry.

L'appartamento era vecchissimo, con i divani sporchi e il bagno veramente pessimo. In compenso il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e se si deve solo dormire come ho fatto io, può essere una buona soluzione economica.

Location was ok! The apartment building is a bit old! The apartment was generally ok, the toilet smelled, the bedroom was quite small compared to the living room! Breakfast was not worth and you have to pick a time to get it delivered to the apartment!

Le pire séjour jamais fait de ma vie
J'ai été très déçue de mon séjour à l'établissement Aljazeera à Amman: Etat catastrophique de l'appartement et les photos disponibles sur le site de l'hôtel ne représentent pas de tout la vérité. Pour décrire la situation: meubles cassés, outils de cuisine usés, non propreté, insectes et cafards, non confort, mauvais accueil, mal traitance par le personnel... Finalement, j'ai été forcé de quitter l'appartement deux jours en avance car ils ont coupé l'électricité de mon appartement sans prévenir après avoir m'accusé de casser un miroir dans la salle de bains, tombé tout seul en plein nuit pour me terroriser!, alors qu'apparemment ce miroir a été mal accroché comme d'ailleurs toutes les choses dans ce terrible appartement... De plus, au départ ils m'ont rien remboursé sur le reste de jours que j'ai déjà payé !!! Que dommage que j'ai oublié de prendre des photos! Bref, je ne recommande cet établissement à personne!!!

Liked: Location is very good. Staff are excellent, they respond almost immediately and are helpful and warmly welcoming. Rooms are very spacious for a family, Bed is very comfy. Kitchen has basic tools. Service was fast. Breakfast was mediocre but almost sufficient for a person. Hated: Requires serious renovation almost everything is outdated, Kitchen is dirty, hot water too slow to heat up. Bathroom was not comfortable and showering was too difficult due to bad bathtub placement and too difficult to mix hot and cold water. There was a serious problem with ventilation, tried to open windows but got small lizard entering which scared my wife and was dangerous for my baby. Smell can easily build up inside the room as we had to keep windows closed.

Удобное расположение, рядом с автостанцией.
Очень удобное расположение, в центре города, рядом в 200 м автобусная станция Jett Bus, откуда уходят автобусы на Петру. Место для парковки перед отелем есть. Сами апартаменты, те что достались нам, вполне нормальные по соотношению цена/качество, но явно нуждаются в ремонте. Для ночевки на день-два пойдет.

シャワーは水しか出ない。キッチンの食器は汚れてる。２泊予約したのに1日分別のホテルで泊まらされ朝荷物もってチェックアウトしてまた夜にチェックイン。荷物も自分で運ばされた。最悪。バス乗り場に近いだけが良いところ。

The places are near to this hotel you can walk to everywhere you like and have good restaurants near by for breakfast and for fast-food and dining, the staff are so friendly and hotel room and pleasing, I enjoyed staying at Al Jazeera Hotel.

ما شهدنا الا بما علمنا وما كنا للغيب حافظين
الموقع مناسب جدا يبعد عن وسط المدينة فقط 20 دقيقة مشيا ودينار واحد فقط بالتاكسي ، يبعد 7 دقائق مشيا الى مول وبوليفارد العبدلي افضل مكان للترفيه والتسوق في عمان ، منطقة نظيفة وراقية تتميز بالهدوء والامان ، الفندق هادئ وتشعر انك الوحيد الساكن بالرغم من امتلاءه ، معاملة الادارة راقية ومتعاونة وودودة تعكس اخلاق وكرم أهل الاردن : تجري حاليا صيانات متعددة بالفندق سوف تحسن كثيرا من بعض النواقص ، تحتاج بعض المرافق الى تجديد اثناء سكننا لمدة اسبوع ركبو ا مكيف هواء جديد واستبدلوا الثلاجة بجديدة ،وزودونا بغلاية مياه لصنع القهوة جديدة و مكواه للملابس ، ارجوا لهم التوفيق الدائم في تجديد وأعادة تأهيل الفندق) الفندق نتيجة كل هذا مناسب جدا بالنسبة للقيمة المدفوعة
