Er is geen ontbijt gedeelte. Maar je krijgt ontbijt op je kamer, simpel ontbijt, maar wel typische Jordanië. Makkelijk te vinden bij circel 2. Dakterras waar je savonds rustig kan zitten

The booking I made via Expedia was not honoured and there was zero communication from the hotel, despite emails to them prior to arrival. Expedia and other third party booking sites should be reviewing their agreement with this hotel.

Do not stay here. Spend a few extra bucks and stay at The House Botique hotel a block away. We booked through Expedia 4-6 months prior to arriving. When we did arrive, at 2:30am after flying for 40+ hours, the owner said there were no available rooms even though I had confirmed reservation in hand. The owner said he booked us at another hotel down the street, which was listed for half the price of this listing, yet he demanded we pay the original price we were quoted which was for a property we couldn’t even stay at! We refused, and he was unwilling to accommodate us or help us find a different hotel. We have extensive travel experience to all corners of the world, staying in every accommodation imaginable, and I urge you to not stay here. For the sake of your trip (vacation, business, whatever) book somewhere else and actually be treated well and enjoy yourself.

It has a very nice view from the breakfast terrace. We had 2 different nights accommodation and for the last one the hotel told us that they have no rooms so directed to another hotel. This was closer to the center but he room was awful, a terrible smell and fungus on the wall. They did not change this room for us so we had to sleep in there.

We can only describe this gorgeous little Guesthouse as the best accommodation we stayed in during our entire Jordan trip. We were warmly greated by the host. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. It was also served on time. The location was very quiet and convenient, we managed to visit most of the places on foot. We enjoyed the great food from the stalls that are within a two minutes walking distance. We truly recommend this place to everyone

You get more than what you pay! The room was VERY clean and smelled wonderful. Paintings are all over the place and the atmosphere was very beautiful. The area is super quite, especially at night and the location is literally close to everything a tourist need. The rate included a delicious breakfast with many items which we loved! The staff are friendly and nice. Everything is just perfect about this place! I would totalllly come back for my next visit to Amman.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Villa Dia! Our plane arrived at 4:30 am and we were at Villa Dia by 6:30 am, hoping we could at least leave our bags there until check-in at 1:30 pm... instead, Mohammed kindly offered us the only available room (which was an upgrade), and let us check in immediately... this was wonderful considering we had been on the road since 4 pm the previous day and had had no sleep all night.... it felt great to check into the very clean and spacious suite. After a hot shower my husband and I instantly fell asleep on the incredibly comfy bed-- one of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I have slept on in a long time. Other than that, the location was great, price affordable, area quiet... we did not try the breakfast, but it is served on the buildings beautiful rooftop. Overall, a wonderful stay-- thank you so much for the experience.

I didn't have many expectations from this place but the rooms where very decent and the person who works there was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast there are not many options but still was tasteful and the place value for money.

Quiet place with free parking

شكرا لزيارتكم ان اكثر ما يسعدنا ان يكون لدينا الكثير من الضيوف الذين استمتعوا بالاقامة معنا (و الدليل العدد الكبير من التعليقات التي توكد ذلك) كما و نتقبل دائما النقد البناء ... اسمحلي ان اوضح اننا بيت ضيافة و الفرق الوحيد بيننا و بين الفندق العادي انة و بسبب عدد الغرف القليل جدا (9 غرف فقط) لا يتطلب وجود موظف على مكتب الاستقبال و لكن يوجد شخص على مدار الساعة لتقديم اي خدمة و بالامكان الاتصال معه بكل سهولة و يسر. اما بالنسبة للموقع فهو اكبر ميزة لنا (ايضا بشهادة الجميع) حيث ان الفندق يقع في احد اعرق الاحياء ومن اهم المعالم التي تستطيع المشي لها في اقل من 10 دقائق هي 3 من الفنادق الفئة 5 نجوم (فندق الانتركونتيننتال و الجراند هايت و لو رويال) و قصر زهران العامر و شارع الرينبو.

Stayed one night at Villa Dia to experience Amman before our flight out of Jordan. To be clear, it isn't a typical hotel with a front desk and amenities; when you arrive you pick up the phone to call the clerk and he comes to check you in. His English was limited so we didn't get much info from him, but he gave us a paper with most of what we needed (wifi, check out times, cost). I really liked our room, which was clean, comfortable, and very spacious with a small outdoor balcony. I found the sleek, modern design of the room quite appealing for a simple budget guest house, which often tend to be old fashioned. The location is great, about a 10 minute walk from Rainbow Street, the place to be in the center of Amman. There is a grocery store only a couple blocks away, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping, on Rainbow St. My only problem was the air freshener in the room, which we couldn't seem to control. It was actually making me nauseous in the evening when we spent time in the room. I tend to be sensitive to strong smells, but it was rather overwhelming. I had to leave the balcony door open for a couple hours so that I didn't feel sick. Still give the place 5 stars but that would be my comment to the management.

Wonderful place to stay in central Amman
This guesthouse/hotel is ideally situated in central Amman near Rainbow Street. I can not think of a better place to stay and value for money. Hotel staff is very accommodating.

Convenient and friendly and spacious
Room is a suite. Very spacious. Fridge. Heater in both rooms. Not much furniture or many amenities. Basic and good value. Near second circle. You can walk to rainbow road. They can arrange tours with Omar the taxi driver. Enjoy!

This is a 5 star accommodation with 3 star price.
This was very convenient and clean accommodation and staff very friendly and helpfull. The room had everything you need and beautifull view. I would highly recommend this accommodation as I felt safe here although travelling by myself. The staff can not do enough for you.

Great option!!
I had 5 friends staying in the hotel for a visit, and the all loved it. Location is great, prices are great. Staff could speak a bit more English, that would be helpful for travellers...

A True Guest House
I called Hotels.com to reserve a one bed room with two beds. When we arrived late night exhausted there was a room with one big double bed. The hotel manager or attendant quickly split the bed into two. The mattresses were comfortable. I think it is Hotels.com that didn't communicate with the property manager to make the change. However, the attendant quickly split the bed into two. Although the 3 story hotel doesn't have an elevator, the building was clean, tastefully decorated as someone's house.The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. The showers worked well but you have to wait for he hot water if you took a shower at night. In the morning there was no wait. Pipe insulation issue. The sink leaked a little from behind but it was a huge accommodating sink ( easy to shave on) The A/C in each of the bedroom and the living room worked well. The sofa was not comfortable as the back cushions were so thick (by design) they pushed you to sit near the edge. One more about the bathroom, the shelf above the toilet had one loose screw, it appears the anchor was too small for the screw. This is a guest house so there is no food service. But there are restaurants a little less than 10 minutes walk. In my review I am trying to be fair to the hotel owner and other visitors and describe things as I saw them. I see from the cleanliness of the hotel and tasteful decorations , the property owner do care.

Great place at a great location
I was traveling on a budgt and at first was hesitant to bokk a guesthouse rather then a hotel, but it turned out to be a 5 stars experience (for me, I didn't look for a pool or 4 restaurants in the property). Staff was very nice, efficient, the room was big and clean, shower was great.

It look like I expected just like they have in the photos wonderful place nice and quiet I would recommend if you're going to Jordan is the place to be they have Wi-Fi and everything else and the people there are very nice
