'It was such an AMAZING stay. The beds our comfortable. Location is perfect and there are tons of things to do and see that are walking distance. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is incredible. Emmanuel, Isaiah, and front desk staff were so helpful. It really takes you back to the early 1900s. The place is so well kept and preserved. I can't wait to come back. Oh and do yourself a favor and book a balcony view! You will not regret it.'

'We arrived around 8am and couldn’t check-in due to no room availability. Staff made sure we felt comfortable and gave us access to the lounge where we spent a few hours resting with access to bathrooms and snacks. Shortly, by 11am our room was ready. Our accommodation here has been beyond spectacular! '

'Prima reisverblijf , ik kwam aan met een avondvlucht en vloog de volgende dag door. Handig om van airport T1 zo via de loopbrug naar het hotel te lopen. Volgende ochtend was het vervoer naar T2 ook goed geregeld.'

'Dit hotel bevindt zich op een prachtig gelegen locatie! Kamers zijn erg netjes, stijlvol en schoon. De service is het restaurant is uitmuntend, zeer gastgericht. De 24/7 koffie en snack service in het café was ook boven verwachting. Ik kan over dit verblijf niets negatiefs melden. '

'Het is een mooi hotel in het historisch centrum. Het is er veilig en netjes. We waren enorm gecharmeerd van de “properheid” van de stad. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel zou misschien wel meer duidelijkheid moeten geven over de tours die ze aanbieden. Het restaurant is uitstekend. Alles wordt vers in eigen keuken bereid. We verbleven een week in het hotel en voelden ons er prima.'

'The hotel has always been a good place to stay for a layover the last decade. Rooms are fine and clean. The only downside last year (a bit) and yesterday appalling, was the shuttle service. They left me 3 hours waiting in Terminal 1. No proper excuse nor solution. The shuttle service is poorly managed. This they should improve as before.'

'I enjoyed staying at Bellas Artes Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. I do have a few suggestions about the bathroom. I think another hook is needed to place the bathrobe or cloths you are going to wear after you shower. Or perhaps a small stool in the bathroom to place the cloths. 'Wifi slow at times. Two aecurity features missing that I am used to a secondary door lock and keyed elevator. Felt safe though as not a bad neighborhood. The whole surrounding area is a big bizzare and easy walking to good food and common very big tourist attractions. The suite was big clean and stylish.'
