'We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. 'Initially we booked a standard AC room but upgraded to a deluxe AC room on the 2nd floor which has been constructed newly.
