Bezoek ons prachtige zwembadhuis dat perfect is opgezet voor 2 gezinnen. Deze 4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers huis heeft twee meesters, een cal-kingsize bed en een queensize bed, met ensuites. Twee kinderkamers, beide met twee eenpersoonsbedden boven een stapelbed met onderschuifbedden eronder. Prachtig gemoderniseerde badkamers met tegel- en travertijnvloeren, marmeren bladen, nieuwe armaturen en op maat gemaakte douches. De kinderkamers delen de badkamer in de gang met marmeren tegelvloeren en een bad rond een jacuzzi.

Houten laminaatvloer door het hele huis. Ruime keuken met granieten aanrecht, zwart en roestvrijstalen apparaten: oven, fornuis, koelkast, vaatwasser en magnetron. Open concept eetkamer en woonkamer. De eettafel biedt plaats aan 8 personen met extra zitplaatsen op het kookeiland. De woonkamer heeft een kabel met top 250 kanalen en een kabel met de top 100 kanalen in alle slaapkamers. Hi-Speed Draadloos internet is inbegrepen. Gratis Nationaal VS en Canada Telefoneren vanuit de telefoon van het huis.

De speelkamer bevindt zich in een van de kinderkamers en bevindt zich in de garage. De speelkamer biedt ping pong, airhockey tafel en speelgoed. Kinderwagens, kinderstoelen, pack n 'play en stoelverhoger beschikbaar voor uw baby en peuter om te gebruiken. De full-size wasmachine en droger bevinden zich naast de keuken voor gasten. Queen size luchtbed beschikbaar in het huis voor extra bedden.

Ontspan in ons schitterende zwembad in de tuin aan de achterkant. Geniet van onze overdekte patio en buiten zitplaatsen voor 10 volwassenen en 6 kinderen, aardgas BBQ Grill, speelhuisje voor kinderen met een dubbele Nederlandse deur. Alle meubels, meubels, etc. zijn nieuw sinds juni 2011. Leuke korte wandeling naar Disneyland, en je kunt het Disneyland vuurwerk vanaf de voortuin kijken. Home heeft Central Air & Heat

Met ingang van 1 januari 2017 heeft de stad de bezettingsgraad in alle woningen verminderd. Dit huis SLAAP 11 in bedden en heeft een MAXIMALE BEZETTING is 11 OP ELK MOMENT.

Perfect location

Just a few blocks from Disneyland, a little too far to walk considering all the walking you’ll do at the park, we used Uber and it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, plenty of floaties and beach towels to use. The child alarm was a little annoying at first, but once we got the hang of pushing the button before you open the door it was fine. Would stay again based on location alone.

Check in process was not okay

Flew in from out of town under the weather. I had to send a copy of my bank statement drivers license and credit card after they took my money. They almost did not let me rent because some documents didn’t go through properly which was not on my control. They kept drilling me about house rules and mentioned most people do not pay so much money 2 days before they book. Which made me feel uncomfortable because I felt it was discriminating. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have sent a text msg no response. The flooring in the kitchen needs redoing and there’s and old smell in the house. You will definitely need a candle to mask the old wood smell. Never used the pool however if I wanted to I couldn’t because the person that came to weed the lawn out grass in it. No notification that someone was going to be in the back yard doing lawn when there’s a big window you can see in. Good thing we had just put on clothes. I hated the check in process I had to beg them that I just wanted to lay down as o had came down with something bad. They kept telling me due to security reasons but I feel like that wasn’t it because I was drilled about house rules and not having a party. I came for my child’s 5th bday. It was my spouse and I plus one child. MostOf the house was not used.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for a Family Disneyland Vacation!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property over Memorial Day weekend during our trip to Disneyland. The home was clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the roomy kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances and cutlery we needed.One of the highlights for our family was the amazing pool – our kids were in it every morning and absolutely loved it. The hosts thoughtfully provided plenty of pool towels for everyone. The game room was another big hit, complete with a pool table, ping-pong table, and even some strollers and extra games (though we didn’t get a chance to use all of them).This property truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled family vacation. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Anaheim area!

Disney get away

We had a fantastic stay at this home near Disneyland! The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the parks. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved the pool, and it was a great way to unwind after a long day at Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone planning a Disneyland trip.

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool was lovely and there were so many life jackets and floaties available for everyone. We took advantage of it almost every day we were there. The home was spacious enough for 10 people, 7 adults and 3 children. The game room garage with toys was a huge plus for the littles!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Disneyland, Convention Center and all services. We found everything that we needed inside the house and enjoyed the well-equiped kitchen, spacious rooms, game room and pool. I recommend it.

Short visit to a frequent location.

We invited two sisters-in-law, a granddaughter, a greatgranddaughter, a couple of friends, besides my son and myself! It was a pretty nice location, which allowed two of to use mobility carts! The house was well maintained, with plenty of room for each of us! Having the Disney dishes was a really nice addition!!

Quiet Neighborhood - Great Location

Upon our arrival we found the property to be clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. You could get to Convention center with a 15 minute walk and could also make the walk to Disney. The Disney walk is probably closer to 35 minutes, but doable. If not, the car ride was 4 minutes. There was plenty of communication before check-in and Check-in was seamless. I had read some previous comments about the showers and heat of water. The 1 bathroom just needed a screw tightened on the water temp knob and worked perfectly and the other bathrooms gave us zero issues. We would have no issues staying at this property and/or recommending the property to someone else if they are traveling to Anaheim.

Would not stay here again

There were several things that we were really disappointed with about the home. After a long day at Disney I came home to no hot water and then went to climb into bed and it felt like an air mattress. Mattresses in all rooms need to be replaced. The shower also had a broken handle so the handheld was not working. The house is older and in need of some maintenance. Our friends who stayed in the other master bedroom found sunglasses in the bed sheets which made us think that the sheets were NOT changed. (They ask guests to not strip bedding at check out) They also had a handful of older and larger spider webs in that room. The water is either cold or hot. There is no in between. It’s a little too far to walk to Disney so if you are expecting to walk just know it’ll be almost 2 miles. We would not stay here again and would choose another house/location. The home did not justify the price. Also something to know is you share a driveway entrance with another home that has multiple cars and jet skis.
