I typically do not write reviews, but based on my experience, I felt that it was necessary. I travel frequently so I feel I have the experience staying at numerous places that provide much better service to their customers. First of all, the breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast when they only had basics such as cereal, processed foods and coffee. They advertised through pictures that they provided fruits and other healthy options, but throughout my five day stay these were not offered. I was also told I could not bring food back to the room to my family while they were getting ready which has never happened to me in any other hotel I’ve stayed at especially with increased protocols that you advertised about “Covid” we didn’t want to eat in the dining facilities. Also, the AC unit smelled really bad whenever we turned it on like it was moldy or moist and both my daughters got sick while we were in the room.I let the front desk know and they made comments that “well it’s allergy season”. Lastly, the last night of our stay we realized that the lock to our room was not working which was a huge safety issue. When I addressed it with the front desk, I did not feel that they responded accordingly. It should have been addressed immediately. But instead I had to worry about it while we were on vacation that our belongings were going to be stolen since we couldn’t lock the door. Yes, they did provide us with a discount on our last night, but that’s only because I complained.
