Great location and walking distance to the parks
My husband and I took 4 of our young adult children to DL for a family trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a small issue with one of the alarms in the house but Jeff was able to walk me through disabling it and came out the next day to replace it. Overall a great house!

Great home for a Disney trip!
Cute home qith all the amenities youll need! They had all the basics provided like towels, shampoos, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and so much more. Which may not seem like much but weve stayed in homes without. So we loved it. Great home and within walking distance to Disney!

Rules
The amount of posted notes regarding rules etc was constantly on me and all my guests. It took away from the welcoming feeling we were hoping to have. Unfortunately we all started joking about where the next posted laminated rule would be found (under a toilet seat, in the dishwasher etc). Also, the reason the coil freezes in the air conditioner is because your return air inlet is too small, not because people want the stat below 72. Fix that instead of threatening back charges for comfort. You had a group of HVAC professionals in the house and found that funny.

Only problem was the pool
The pool was never heated to a sufficient degree that we could swim in it, although the spa was. We suspect the heated spa water was supposed to spill over into the pool, which would provide the necessary heat. However, the water never reached the level necessary for this to happen. None of the waterfalls worked. We called on our second day (we stayed for five), but the problem was never addressed. Otherwise the place was as advertised and overall a great place, especially if you are going for a Disney visit!

The pool is heated to 82 F, however 82 F water feels cool to the touch .There is an option to pay for warmer water. Great stay here! Place was as advertised. Convenient walk to back entrance of Disney and the pool/hot tub was a great way to break up the days. Hot tub broke down once and it was fixed in a timely manner.

Great landing pad for Disneyland.
Check-in process was a piece of cake, and house was great for being as a launchpad for Disneyland. With little kids we ended up driving and using the park parking 2 of our 3 days, but the day we decided to walk it wasn't a huge hassle that could be worth it if you're not staying until exhaustion at the them parks. The pool and hot tub were nice on our day away from the park, and the family enjoyed it. I don't have regrets with this booking.

It was a very nice place plenty of room for all of us. The walk to the parks was 1.3 miles not a bad walk at all. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room.

The house was great, lots of rooms and close to both Disney and convention center. The communication was great, they sent check-in information via email and text, very simple instructions. Check-out was also very simple.

Family Disney Adventure
This home is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. The inside is spacious easily accommodating our family of 11. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. We were here in Jan. and the temp was in the mid 60s. Heating the pool and spa was more than worth it. We used it regularly. The home is readily accessible to Disneyland by walk, car and Disney parking, drop off or Uber. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly when we had a question. We were thankful we chose to rent this VRBO instead of multiple hotel rooms. We would highly recommend this property for a Disney vacation with a large family.

Family trip to Disneyland
My family had a great time staying here. We consisted of 3 married couples, one adult child, and two grandchildren ages 3 and 1. The house fit us all comfortably. We appreciated all the baby equipment at the house (high chair, pack and play, strollers, etc). The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us - we swam a lot, even though it was January! We did have one issue with not having hot water one morning but with a simple text to the host, the problem was fixed within a few hours. Quick response and great communication. That issue could happen at home to anyone at anytime. The walk to Disneyland isn’t too bad. The sidewalks aren’t congested on Disneyland Drive like they are walking on Harbor Blvd. Great experience- would definitely stay there again!

Lots of rooms, very comfortable, and love the TV and game areas. It is a walk to enter Disneyland from here. All the stores you might need are within 1 mile. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location
We had a great time at this VRBO. This house was exactly what it said it was. There are some restrictions that were a little cumbersome but completely understandable. Like no music outside at any time. Other than the rules this place was great and the location the the theme parks for Disney you can’t beat. An easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the parks.

Perfect for our stay
Every thing was perfect for our stay. We were nervous about the noise and time restrictions have younger kids. The Disney parks filled our days up enough that we didn’t even think about outside. It was nice to take an extra day away from the parks and enjoy the house amenities though. Our family of 10 fit perfectly with space. Only game console is a Wii and we couldn’t find games or controllers, so bring your own if you have them.

Family vacation
We stayed her to take our granddaughter to Disneyland for her 2nd birthday. Disneyland is in walking distance would definitely recommend walking vs driving specially if you leave the parks late. Half our party walked and the other half drove. Walkers were back at least 10 mins faster. The house is loaded with everything you need. from games to the pool. They get a plus for the fans! We love our fan noise I was a little worried and concerned about all the rules but then realized they were city rules or codes. So I didn’t blame the owners for that. Book the stay you won’t regret it.

We had a really wonderful stay and the pool was even larger in person. As mentioned in other comments, the alarm to get outside is quite tedious but we understand it is mandated by the county. We had a question about the house and we got an immediate response from the property manager. Overall it was great!

Convenient location for Disneyland visit
Very close to Disneyland property, just off the SW corner of California Adventure. We came back midday from the Parks, ate and cooled off in the pool, and went back. The Hot Tub was so so nice also. The game room was nice except for being kind of warm and crowded. Plenty of room around the large dining table. It would be very helpful if the back door Alarm could be shut off during stays with no children. That was annoying. Bedrooms were all nice and comfortable. We would stay again.

Super cute, Super clean!
The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the only reason I mention it is to praise the staff's immediate attention to fix the problem. They offered short-term, immediate help as well as a long-term solution. The location is perfect, the backyard is so convenient and perfect after a long day at the parks. The house also offered strollers, a high chair, and other baby essentials. That was an unexpected bonus. The only complaint is that you do not get a printed check-in/check-out binder which I personally find super helpful when there are multiple families. Other than that I would recommend this house to all friends and family and hope to stay again!

This house was amazing. I stayed with 7 friends for a quick girl’s weekend. Walking distance to Disneyland and the hot tub was amazing after a full day of walking. The house had tons of beds, bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an amazing yard. The pool and hot tub were beautiful! If traveling with a family, there is an alarm on the back door for safety. The garage game room is perfect for families. Loved the property and communicating with the owners. We will Be back!

Overall the house was great. Anaheim Vacation rentals was easy/great to communicate with and responsive before and during our stay. Was a nice and easy walk to Disneyland in the morning then a super cheap Uber ride for the nights we stayed late. I would recommend others stay. The only negative is the house we stayed at had very uncomfortable beds/mattress’s. Not all we’re bad but a majority were.

Stayed here for a week for my wife and sister’s birthdays. Very nice home in a great location. Close, convenient, quiet, and exactly as advertised. Would stay here again. Only minor complaint is the water pressure in double shower in the master was really low. Overall great place to stay.

Great Location, Roomy House
This house was a great size for our group of 9. Plenty of space and nicely laid out. It is in a wonderful neighborhood and literally about 3 mins from Disney parking. The pool was in good working order as well as the hot tub. Both were a hit and very welcoming after long days walking in the parks. The house itself seems older and could use some TLC and a really good deep cleaning. I will say almost everything we pulled out in the kitchen was very dirty and had to be washed before use, (e.g. blender, mixer, utensils) I think that’s a 50/50 responsibility between past renters and the cleaning crew but I must say, it was a lot. The floors were also very dirty as we all had black feet after walking around the house barefoot. Otherwise the house had lots of charm and we all enjoyed the stay. Communication was great with the property managers and they were very polite. They did offer to address some other issues we contacted them about but we decided to live with it to avoid having to deal with Maintenance interruptions. All in all a fabulous vacation and a mostly comfortable location to stay!

Overall a great place to stay
The pool and house is a great location and place to stay. We had ants that were a problem in the kitchen and bathrooms. When you try to call or email, you don't get a response right away. Check out the ipad didn't work, and when i tried again to call to go over a few items that were broken (and the ants!) I did not get any response from ANY of the numbers listed. But other than that, it was a great place to stay. Easy walk to Disney!

Great Home!
This home was perfect for our family. Anyone I spoke with was very friendly. The overall look of the place was very clean. There were ants around the home and the property manager came and brought ant traps. Even though nobody likes ants, we knew that was the best they could do while we stayed in the home. The city guidelines for vrbos can be a bit strict but it all makes sense in the grand scheme of things and it did not hinder us having a good time. The overall experience was great! Short distance from Disneyland and any stores we may need to visit while there. Check in and check out were smooth and simple. Everything very easy and straight to the point.

The overall stay was wonderful
Disney is 1/2 mile away from this house. The pool was nice to come back to after a day of walking the amusement parks. There is plenty of room in the house for a family to be together in the living and dining area as well as outside. If you DO go outside- beware the mosquitoes from hell. We all got eaten alive out there. The house is older than I expected but it worked out fine. There was a kitchen cabinet door that was broken that was annoying when I opened it. And the access to the attic in the master closet was on the ground when we checked in. I attempted to put it back up there but it didn’t even fit, so I fitted it the best I could. The garage (game room) was very hot to try to be in there, wasn’t so bad when the sun went down. Overall fun experience, just some minor details that were annoying.

Unfortunately, we can only do so much about mosquitoes. A pest control company is scheduled twice a month to help with the issue. We are happy that you were still able to enjoy your time overall.
