I love the place. It has plenty of space for parking and most of all is the friendliness of the staff and crews especially Ms. Cynthia of the Front Desk. She attended my needs very and very friendly and courteous. Grade A .

Great price AND it's located next to Disneyland parking structure. Just pay to park at the hotel, and from the hotel, walk 10min to Downtown Disney and walk 4 more minutes, your at Disneylands or California Adventure entrance. The hotels breakfast is delicious and ALL YOU CAN EAT. I recommend you purchase the breakfast when you book your hotel room....it's cheaper. Also, the pool and jacuzzi are great after walking around Disney all day. Pool hours are 9am to 10pm. This will be my place to stay when I visit Disney, for value, convenience, and cleanliness!!!

I had an ok experience but I did run into an issue with one staff member, I had checked in around 1am due to flight delays, then the next day we spent the whole day at Disney to come back locked out of our room, went to the front desk and the lady told me that they did not have a credit card on file and that I was not going to get access to my room if I didn’t provide one, I did insert and a pre authorization was made on my credit card during check in, I even showed her the pre authorization using my bank app, she was very rude and said to dispute it with the bank but she was not going to give me keys if I didn’t give her my credit card (again), very rude lady I wish I remembered her name to officially complain, at the end, I had to give her my card and a 2nd authorization was put through (which still as I’m writing this the charge is still taking space in my credit card) luckily the lady that was on the front desk the following morning was nice and explained better what had happened, something the other lady did not (again I wish I remember her name but she was on shift the night of Saturday April 13th) the. During the next 2 days power went out which was not the hotel’s fault, it just happened to line up with the already poor experience, other staff member was great, it was just this one lady.

Checkin was quick but there was only one other ahead of us. They had laundry service but they wouldn’t give you change for the machines. The pool area was nice. Only downfall was the splash pad was not with the pool area. It was the opposite side of the hotel. The restaurant food was good. They are not open all day. The pictures of the rooms are deceiving. We did not get a room that looked like the pictures. It was smaller and the bathroom was not great. I booked the room by looking at pictures and was surprised when we go there. There was a power outage over 14 hours during the evening and night. Really inconvenient when you couldn’t charge your phone, have a hot shower, get a wake up call or have breakfast at the hotel. The front staff were useless to help any guests when this happened. There was nothing done to compensate guests and the backup lighting was horrible in the hallways. You had to use your flashlight on your phone to help see better. We needed our phone charged for the next day and they were dead. We couldn’t get a Uber or book the bus and the front staff didn’t help us. They should have paid the cost for our battery packs to charge our phones. I DONT recommend this hotel

The lights went off during my stay no one said anything expected us to figure it out, came in late that night & all my stuff were bad in the frifge since no electricity no hot water, it really did sucked! they kept saying light will be back within 2 hrs but it wasn’t, needed our phones to have battery but since no power no battery.

So to start off I WOULD TO HAVE LIKEN TO GET A NOTICE A DAY BEFORE THAT OUR HOTEL HAD NO POWER! DUE TO THE NO POWER. THERES NO HOT POOL. & THE KEY CARDS THAT THEY GAVE ME, DIDNT WORK ON ANYTHING. SO IN ORDER FOR ME TO USE ANYTHING I HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY TO THE FRONT DESK TO ASK FOR ASSISTANCE OPENING ANYTHING.SO WITH THAT BEING SAID THE RESTAURANT WASNT OPEN EITHER. I had to wait to check into my hotel at 8 due to all this because at 4 the generators weren’t working or on yet. Not to mention the food & drink machines didn’t work & when I went to look for one. THE STAFF MEMBERS SENT ME DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS. It seemed like they didn’t even know where stuff was Cause I later found out when I went to the GIFT SHOP RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT DESK that they sold drinks the whole time! So I went on a 30 min wild goose chase for a drink, up and down the stairs with a staff member when it was literally right next to where I asked. Did I also mention that when I asked if I can have some sort of discount due to the situation And I booked this 2 monthes in advances. The front desk lady said “of course we will comp your 20$ parking” ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? 20$ when I’m paying 400$ for no hot water, no electricity no nothing. They gave me the choice to leave and find another hotel with reimbursement but I live 6 hours away and most places were taken up. I got into town not knowing this information with the holiday inn when this incident happened a WHOLE 24 hours before I got there.

Staff was excellent! Lukas and Itsy were phenomenal and were very accommodating. Unfortunately the power went out for close to 24 hours. They couldn’t get it fixed because the power lines were under the hotel. There were some ants in our room on the bed and table, but they had maintenance up to our room right away to clean the area.

The fact we have to ask to come and make the beds is ridiculous. The hallway carpets were dirty and lifting up making a hump.

Great people, nice rooms- clean and comfortable. The lobby needs work which is sad because overall hotel much better than initial lobby introduction. ( sofas cheap and dirty) same for restaurant- good food, outstanding service and reasonable but bedspreads on booth seats tacky)
