Located in Orange County, enjoy a comfy stay in our spacious home, perfect for families and groups up to 10! Ideal for family vacations or short getaways, it includes HVAC, a full kitchen, and private front and backyards with a kids’ outdoor climber.

- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bunk beds (300 lb top bunk limit)
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Living room: 2 sofas (or a queen air mattress)

- Tub/shower combo
- Stand-up shower

Family-friendly:
- Playard with memory foam topper
- High chair
- Stroller

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, rice cooker, blender, dishwasher, and K-cup coffee maker (coffee & tea included).

- Kitchen island with 8 bar stools
- Backyard with patio lights, kid’s climber/slide, and open space for soccer



Guests have full access to the driveway (3 vehicles), front porch, entire house, and backyard.

The guest suite has a separate entrance and shares one wall. We kindly ask everyone to keep noise levels in mind. The property is gated for privacy on both sides.

No garage or EV charging available.

No street parking.



HOUSE RULES:

- No animals allowed.

- No bikes or scooters indoors. Please store bikes and scooters outside the property.

- No Package Deliveries: Shipping packages to the home is not permitted. Please use Amazon Lockers or a nearby delivery point.

- No standing or jumping on the bunk bed. The top bunk has a 300-pound weight limit.

- No food or drinks in bedrooms.

- No smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes indoors.

- No professional photography or videography allowed.

- No Parties or Events: Events or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction.

- No Third-Party Bookings: Reservations must be made by the guest who will be staying at the property.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our guest suite occupants and neighbors.

- Only registered guests can stay overnight.

- Exterior security cameras are in place for security.

- Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or lingering odors. Please report any damage immediately, fees may apply.

- We prioritize your safety, but we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages during your stay. Guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their safety and well-being during their stay, releasing the host from any liability, accidents, illnesses, or damages.

- We recommend getting travel insurance to protect against unexpected situations.

- Please treat our home as if it were your own. We kindly ask that you clean up after yourself and leave the space as you found it.

- Please respect checkout times as our cleaners have a limited window to prepare for the next guests.
