Sensationele 6 slaapkamers 4 badkamers Pool Home (3 Master slaapkamers W / badkamers)

Prachtig en zeer opgewaardeerd zwembad huis perfect voor 3-4 gezinnen.

Zes slaapkamer woning met vier badkamers. Drie Cal-kingsize grote slaapkamers, een koningin en twee kinderkamers beide met volledig boven een stapelbed. Een Cal-king-meester en een kinderkamer op de begane grond met een gedeelde badkamer in de gang. Een koningin en een andere slaapkamer voor kinderen delen een bad op de bovenverdieping. Twee Cal-kingsize meesters hebben een eigen badkamer.

Badkamers zijn opgewaardeerd met travertijnvloeren, granieten aanrechtbladen en op maat gemaakte witte antieke en kersenhouten geïnkte kasten. Hoogwaardig aangepaste douches op maat met travertijn / marmer op maat gemaakte inlays en patroonontwerpen.

Gedeeltelijk open concept keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer. Geschaafd laminaat houten vloeren in de benedenverdieping en opgewaardeerd tapijt door de bovenverdieping.

Opgewaardeerde keuken met op maat gemaakte kasten, granieten aanrechtbladen met volledige travertin backsplash, en roestvrij apparaten (fornuis / oven, magnetron, koelkast, vriezer en vaatwasser).

De garage is compleet met biljart-, airhockey- en pingpongtafels. Full-size wasmachine en droger en kinderwagens voor gasten.

Alle slaapkamers hebben 43 "lcd-tv's met kabel-tv. De grote woonkamer heeft hi-speed draadloos internet en gratis US-Nationwide, Canada en Puerto Rico, telefoondienst. Thuis heeft centrale lucht en warmte

Achtertuin heeft een prachtig in de grond zwembad en jacuzzi met kinderveiligheidshek buiten. Flagstone-terras met dekking. Patio set en extra stoelen. Aardgas bbq grill gelegen off van de keuken.

Alle meubelen, stoffering nieuwe ingang van maart 2013. 3/4 mijl lopen naar Disney tram op Magic weg. Bekijk Disney-vuurwerk vanaf de achter- / voortuinen.

Met ingang van 1 januari 2017 heeft de stad de bezettingsgraad in alle woningen verminderd. Dit huis slaapt 15 in bedden en heeft een MAXIMALE BEZETTING is 15 OP ELK MOMENT.

It's close to Disneyland....

The good: Location is great - very close to Disneyland which was our travel objective. Close to grocery stores. House is large. Pool is heated (for an additional fee). The strollers for guest use came in handy. Nice to have gas cooktop. Nice to have several large garbage bins. Outdoor area is nice. The not so good: The house is not updated. Stairs are chipped and in poor condition. The stair rail is not safe - large spacing between ballisters is not safe for small children. The bathroom downstairs is really small - can't call that a master. The kitchen utensils (knives specifically) could use updating. Overall okay. Sometimes a long delay in getting a response to questions but it was a holiday weekend. Fair price for large amount of guests.

House Amazing.City Laws Brutal

The house is absolutely perfect. Great pool hottub and tayout for a family group. Warning, if you havent VRBO in Anaheim the rental laws are ridiculous. No noise outside ever. Cant be outside or in Garage from 10pm-9am. Massive restrictions on people who can even stop bye the house and extreme restrictions on parking. Again, if you ate comfortbale with the rules the house is amazing and would recommend to tent. However, Amaheim city lays are very draconian.

Property was older looking than I expected. Some things inside the home had minor damage. Location was very nice, very quiet neighborhood. Very roomy, great for our 3 families. Kids enjoyed pool. Would probably rent again, even though it was a bit pricey.

Nice home for your Disneyland vacation

Took our three daughters and their family (6 grand kids) for a Disneyland vacation. This home met all of our needs. Nice master bedrooms, bunk rooms and backyard pool and spa. A number of cosmetic repairs needed; that did not take away from our stay, but makes it a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Fantastic Stay!

My high school volleyball team and myself had a wonderful time staying at your home. The home was clean, roomie, many things to do (pool, pool table, ping pong table, games) It would be a home that I would love to book again.

Very clean and spacious! Great place for multiple families. Backyard was beautiful. We liked that the pool was gated and secure, so the kids could not enter without an adult. Big living room and dinning area. Very close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

15 family members staying together there was plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the games room and swimming pool. We did have a maintenance issue with a blown fuse in the kitchen but it was repaired within 24 hours of reporting. We would recommend to our friends.

Great Vacation Stay

This was a great vacation home. Great for large groups. The location is close to grocery stores, shopping centers, Disneyland, etc. The only few downfalls experienced was that there are mamy rules regarding the home (as for many short term rentals). Examples of which include, no swimming after 10pm, no utilizing the garage space after 10pm (they have a pool and ping pong table located in the garage) and extra fees for things such as having over three vehicles at the home ($25 per day to park on the street). We had a large group so a fourth vehicle was a must. Signs regarding fees are posted throughout the property as constant reminders. Getting in contact with the property manager was fairly simple. The pool is great. I would recommend this rental property and would be happy to book again in the future.

Great 2nd Home for Disneyland Experience

We had plenty of room for everyone. Nice to have three of the bedrooms with En Suite bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out after a long day. The pool was perfect for those late afternoons. Quick drive to the Disneyland parking garage!

We enjoyed the house. It was large and had a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, the stay wasn't enjoyable because of the many rules and regulations we had to follow to stay at this location. The owner was very heavy handed by contacting us at 2am to move a trailer we didn't realize that we couldn't park in the garage. There are cameras everywhere and the alarm sounds every time we open the outside door. When you rent a place for $2,300 for three days you don't want it to feel like a boarding school. I wouldn't recommend this location to friends or family.

Perfect multi-family stay near Disneyland

Great house with lots of room to kick back. Updated, very nice bathrooms and kitchen. Super large capacity washer and dryer. Beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. Even better than the photos. Super nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Family Vacation

The house was great, my family really enjoyed it. All of the rooms were very spacious and fit all 14 of us comfortably. All but one of the bed rooms had bathrooms, this was perfect. Made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning before heading out to the parks. The stairs are a little steep so be careful with the little ones. The heated pool and spa were also nice. Which we made good use of on our rest day. The location was great, just a short drive to Disneyland. My only issues where when we arrived the refrigerator was not cold and we had to wait over night for it to reach temp. Would have been nice if someone turned it on before our arrival. The bbq grill was nice but they placed a aluminum pan under the burners and this caused issues. Im sure it was placed there so the grill dosnt get very dirty and for easy clean up. However, all the grease from the burgers dripped all over the pan and caused multiple grease fires. I had to pull all the food off at leat 3 times and turn everything off to allow the fire to die down. Im really big on grilling so this was a disappointment. Overall we had a really nice stay. I would definitely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for nice place to stay with a lot of room. Also, the manager was quick to respond to any questions that I had. The guide of the house was also very helpful.

Wonderful ⭐️

Wonderful family vacation. The accommodation was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was perfect & had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable & every room had a TV which the kids loved for quiet time. It was nice to have a laundry room to wash clothes. The garage had a pool table & ping pong but our children were younger so we never used it but great to have for older children. Host communication was great & we had no issues. The pool & hot tub we heated & so many floating toys! We couldn’t get the pool waterfall to work & didn’t care because it was more for look. Overall the home was perfect & recommend staying here.
