The Space:

- Two beautifully remodeled one-story homes located side by side, rented together as one expansive vacation resort. Throughout this listing we call them the Pool House and the Mini Golf House.

- Minimum booking age is 21, with clear rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.



- **House Rules Enforcement**:

- Outdoor music and activities are not allowed after 10 pm.

- Violations are subject to a fine and immediate eviction without refund, enforced by county sheriffs.



- **Accommodation Details**:

- The daily rate includes accommodation for up to 16 guests, with an extra fee of $30 per night for each guest over 16.

- No additional taxes apply, and pool heating is optional with a fee.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to every part of both houses: the game room, both backyards, the pool and spa at the Pool House, and the mini golf course, covered patio, and fire pit at the Mini Golf House! The two driveways can accommodate up to 11 cars in total (8 at the Mini Golf House and 3 at the Pool House). Plenty of space for adults and kids alike, for your relaxation and entertainment.



The Neighborhood:

7 minutes (driving) to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Knott's Berry Farm, 30 minutes to Universal Studios, and 25 minutes to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores nearby.



Up to 11 cars can be parked across the two driveways (8 at the Mini Golf House and 3 at the Pool House), and street parking is available. Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon.



Getting Around:

The houses are close to many bus stops. You can take OCTA bus 50 to Disneyland Park - its terminal is on Katella Ave, about one block away. For the theme parks, an Uber ride is recommended.



There is a big shopping center on the other side of Katella Ave, about 0.5 mile away.



Other Things to Note:

- **Quiet Hours Enforcement**:

- Quiet hours are enforced by the County of Orange from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., ensuring a peaceful environment for all guests.



- **Guest Check-In Requirements**:

- Prior to check-in, guests must provide additional information and a photo ID for identity verification.



- **No Smoking Policy**:

- Smoking of any kind - tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs - is strictly prohibited inside the homes and game room at all times.



- **Accommodation Details**:

- Maximum occupancy is 26 guests across the two homes; infants under 2 are not counted toward the headcount.

- The initial daily rate covers accommodation for 16 people, with an additional guest fee of $30 per guest per night.

- No additional visitors are allowed without host approval.

- Minimum booking age is 21 years old.



- **Optional Pool Heating** (pool at the Pool House):

- Winter months (Nov-Feb): no pool heating for the winter season.

- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day.

- Summer months (Jun-Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.

- The hot tub is always on, with no additional charge to use.

- In winter months we strongly recommend using only the hot tub, for energy conservation.



- **Liability Disclaimer**:

- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables.

- By accepting the reservation, guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises.



- **Security Measures**:

- We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7 and have access to recorded footage at all times. Cameras are located in the front yard, back yard, and side yard. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and unregistered guests in our properties.



- **Commercial Activities Prohibition**:

- No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, maintaining a residential atmosphere for all guests.



Interaction with Guests:

Keyless check-in, any time - your access code is given on the day of arrival. The host is available via text and phone call, and is very responsive to your needs, as our reviews note.
