Find the perfect Anchorage location at this one-bedroom guest suite, ideally situated an easy stroll from the heart of downtown. Enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the mountains and fantastic walking access to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, parks, trails, and museums.

This second-floor guest suite sits two blocks south of Delaney Park, with downtown Anchorage waiting just beyond. You'll be able to walk to New Sagaya City Market, Kaladi Brothers Coffee, an assortment of renowned restaurants, and the shores of Cook Inlet, with jogging and biking paths only blocks away.

The suite shares its property with a main house, but it has a separate and private entrance. Ascend a flight of interior stairs to find a bright living space with large windows and high ceilings. There's a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a table where you can sit down for breakfast or reply to emails in the afternoons, and a leather sofa where you can curl up to stream your Netflix favorites. You'll also have a washer/dryer in the hallway, one bedroom, and one full bathroom.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.

Parking notes: Street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis; parking is not guaranteed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
