'The property is amazing. The walk in coffee shop unfortunately guilts/shames you into to tipping a min of 20%, even if you just order a bottle of water. The big screen they turn around for you to pay that makes you select a tip or not is irritating as everyone behind you can see if you tip. If I order my food and I am standing, I am not tipping.. those staff get a non-tipped wage. Get rid of the tip shakedown …'

'Centrally located in the downtown area so easy walking to sights, shopping, restaurants and not far from the train station. The staff were all super friendly and were accommodating when I requested a room change (there was some outside noise that I couldn’t not hear). Decent breakfast included (basic but I don’t need fancy) and free tea and coffee all day. Vending machine available and Benihana in the parking lot. Lots of parking available and close to public transport options. I definitely...

'The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one might expect in a suite. The staff was wonderful & helpful - going out of their way both at checkin as well as during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and attractions. I would strongly recommend. And will stay again when next in Anchorage.'
