This home is uniquely designed to allow for both individual privacy and gathering places for multiple groups. The master bedroom (with private balcony and ensuite bathroom), main living room and kitchen are on the top level taking in views across the lake and onto the mountain range. The four additional bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom and two with jack-and-jill bathroom) and second living area are on the entry level, again with most rooms taking in the spectacular surroundings outside. Full laundry also on entry level.

Garage parking is unavailable however driveway, carport, and gravel pad can accommodate multiple cars. Large capacity cars are also available for rent, please enquire should you need transportation.,

This home also features an extra-large, private, 8+ person hot tub out the back overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains, and a firepit further down towards the lake.

The open kitchen / dining area features a 12 person table plus additional countertop seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliance extras including air fryer, Instapot, crockpot, cedar grill, ice cream maker, bread machine, and many more. The spacious deck off the dining area overlooking the lake features an outdoor table, extra-large solo stove, and propane grill.

This home is equipped with toys and game cabinets, a mini pool table, air hockey, and fuzzball table to keep kids (and big kids) occupied while indoors. While outdoors, there is a playground, and water toys (canoe, kayaks). Stand Up Paddle boards and pontoon boat are available for additional fee.

Close to the Anchorage International airport and within 15 minutes of downtown, the medical center, or south anchorage, this tucked away lake house still seems like a remote oasis. Kincaid park, the Motocross tracks, tons of biking trails are all nearby.

There is an additional mother-in-law in the lower level with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, queen and twin bunks that could be rented in addition to the main house, please inquire.

This is our personal residence that we rent out, either while travelling or staying in the separate mother-in-law (private entrance) and therefore there will be some/minimal personal effects (photos or childrens items) and/or locked closets in the home
We do not allow events, any additional visitors / guests must be pre-approved prior to arrival. The property has a ring doorbell and security camera overlooking the driveway. If you would like to throw a party, please book another property in the area.
