My daughter got married in the area and the property accommodated the entire wedding party, spouses and children. Everyone loved the home and convenient location to the wedding venue in Honeopath.

The guest house was very nice. We drink coffee so we purchased a coffee pot for our use during our stay. The large bathroom appeared to be a work in progress but very very lovely. We were close to downtown which was what we were looking for.

Property was beautiful; very clean and kitchen organized. We arrived at midnight in dense fog - would have appreciated a view of the front of the white columned mansion. Kept missing the rental due to the online pictures not matching front of property. In second bathroom, only one towel, one washcloth and one face towel. Bathroom cabinets could use a good clean-out. Full of used products - left behind from previous renters? Should ALL be thrown away. Very off-putting. Need to identify switches for lights, and how to use the t.v. We could not access the t.v. during our 5 night stay. Could not use fan/ceiling light in second bedroom - controls did not work. Burned out lightbulb in second bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom walls need some attention; picture hooks with no pictures. Roman shades on front entrance need some attention; rise but do not fall - stuck. Property Manager did not provide access code until I asked for it - not same code as listed on confirmation. Property Manager curt when contacted about a strange serviceman on property, and hung up on me. Property Manager not welcoming or responsive to last contact. Loaded dishwasher, but unable to get it to work so left it loaded. Overall, beautiful property and location. May need to provide additional training to Property Manager.

The property itself was over the top. Location, decor, safe, spacious, and very comfortable are just a few words to describe this place. The tenant was very nice. I usually do not like to bother them although I could not get in with my code so I had to be a bother. No instructions left for fireplace nor TV (what happened to the directory with all these instructions). Just a few tweaks and I would have rated it a 10 out of 5. The villa itself was clean but was disappointed in the back patio, although it was screened and out back. I missed a nice coffee pot and it would have set off the decor with an antique mirror (countertop) in the bath for back viewing. This would have been helpful and the perfect last minute touch to blend with all the great features. These are minor so just small helpful items that would have made my stay totally satisfied. Oh, and the price was spot-on!
