A group of 4 adults and 9 teenagers stayed over spring break. We had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out and beds for everyone.
Positives - coffee on the porch, fishing, swimming, boating (we brought 2 fishing boats), swinging off the rope swing near the dam, board games, puzzles, basketball, kayaking, paddleboarding, longboarding on the hills, pool table, chess/checkers and a lacrosse game at Clemson. So many options for time together, we really never were bored at this house.
Always a bit of not so positive:
Internet was spotty. I had to work a couple days so would go down to Starbucks (not far from the house).
Also to note, the driveway is steep (as noted in the listing) that leads to the back hill is steep. The main dock has a great path to it. The other two smaller docks, since they move around, do not. The teenagers would fly down this hill with no problem but if you are more cautious (aka out of shape) like myself, it was slow and steady to get down to the other docks.
Definitely would stay again and would recommend to a large group.
