'The overall stay is good. I was in need of the charge point and the front office does not have a spare one. The chair in the room is not comfortable to sit and work. Breakfast is okey. The orange juice was so sweet seems like sugar mixed a lot. Not taste as orange juice. The coffees can be better. The menu in the dinner was good. It is better to have a small fridge in the room. '

'Hotel was ideally located just off M6 with a large, free carpark and was excellent value for money. Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable with the best pillows ever. The bar and restaurant was full of character and Liz the restaurant manager was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to making her guests stay special. The dinner menu was as good as any fine dining restaurant with game, fish and other options all cooked, seasoned...

'Another lovely stay here, rooms are stylish and very clean, check in process is great and the surrounding area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. A wonderful place to stay in the centre - just one small niggle is that we both found that the pillows were too hard, so maybe a choice of a hard and soft pillow would be better, irrespectively, we will definately stay again.
