'Very nice hotel close to parc La Carolina, perfect located dor trips, shopping and many restaurants. Beautiful new room, extremely good beds, lovely rain shower, very friendly staff and a good breakfast. We loved it here.'

'The hotel was extremely beautiful, well kept, nicely decorated and the staff including the 24hr security at the door were kind and friendly. Our room was located on the 7th floor. Robinson, one of the front desk personnel was helpful with our check in and our check out. One of my only gripes is an alarm from either a car or a commercial property that went off multiple times every single night. It did not keep us awake, but it was a bit of a nuisance to hear it so often each night. '

'All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was limited but okay. I requested a room with a view, but didn’t realize it was 6 floors up—with no elevator! Do I asked for a lower-level room and got one on the third floor. The next night I moved to a lower floor, however, it was very noisy. Good thing I had my ear plugs. The location is fantastic!'
