In this modern semi-detached house we can enjoy the Mallorcan nights on its chill out terrace with our friends or family. In addition, it has partial views of the port. There are direct neighbors. In the living room we can watch satellite television quietly while we cool off with the air conditioning or eat as a family. Its ceramic hob kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook. It is fully furnished and equipped so that you do not miss anything. The laundry room is also located in the kitchen and we will have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. You will have two bedrooms on the first floor: the first double with air conditioning, a high chair and crib upon request. The second has two single beds, air conditioning and a closet. You will not lack anything to have total relaxation. In the case of the bathrooms you will have two, both fully equipped with a sink and shower. It never hurts after a day at the beach! The port of Andratx is a tourist attraction, with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a pleasant walk near the sea. The next sandy beach is in Sant Elm, 7 km away and already in the Sierra de Tramuntana. If you like sports, there is a golf course in Andratx and Santa Ponça and you can go hiking and cycling.
