'Omg! What a fantastic hotel! We are a family of 4 adults 2 children and 2 dogs. We were welcomed to the hotel by a warm, friendly lady, who offered us all of the information we needed. 'Staff very friendly and helpful. Double bed very comfy, single bed far too soft for an adult, fine for a small child. Rooms would benefit from a deep clean. The building is looking tired (visible bubbling on the walls, discoloured plug holes, tatty bed bases) and needs refreshing. For a spa day I would be disappointed, for a base to explore the area it was fine. The pool was a key factor in choosing this hotel.'
