Home with access to the Elk Trail

Your getaway in Angel Fire starts here! Elk Trail Lodge is big enough to fit everyone, but small enough to be cozy, with wonderful outdoor spaces and direct access to the Elk Trail. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house sleeps nine.
On the main level, the spacious kitchen is fully-equipped, with a gas range, a dishwasher, and drip and Keurig coffeemakers. The adjoining dining area seats eight around a large table. The living room is centered on the wood-burning fireplace and river stone chimney, with seating for five and a Roku TV.
Just off the entry is the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, with access to the one-car garage, perfect for stowing all your outdoor gear, as well as the downstairs half-bath. The primary bedroom is also on this floor, with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bath.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a queen bed and a twin bed as well as a Fire TV. The loft area has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses; there is also a game table and an armchair, plus a Fire TV.
Stepping out of the living room, the outdoor deck overlooks the property down to the Elk Trail. Enjoy meals outside at the table with seating for six, or relax in one of the four Adirondack chairs and watch the wildlife pass by. There is also a fire pit closer to the trail with seating for four.

Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TVs. Central heating. This property is not air-conditioned.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Deck with dining table and seating. Fire pit area.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Elk Trail Lodge is 2.5 miles (7 minutes driving) from the ski base area and 2.7 miles (8 minutes driving) from the Angel Fire Country Club.
PARKING: The garage will accommodate one vehicle and the driveway will accommodate three vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
