Great location
Fantastic location in a quiet wooded area just minutes from the Angel Fire ski area and country club. The accommodations aren’t fancy but it gets the job done with a good amount of space, good heater, good bathroom and a functional kitchen. Perfect for two people and works fine for a couple and a kid. Four people would feel crowded.

We liked the property very much EXCEPT the light in the living/sleeping area did not work. We called management 3 times to no avail. We would have changed the bulb but it was an unusual type and hard to change. Otherwise we liked it.

Great experience overall
I very much enjoyed my getaway. The highlight of each day was watching the numerous deer (including babies) come by to eat and relax. It was an easily accessed property and quiet. The only thing I would have liked is if it had a lamp. In the evenings I would have preferred lamp light instead of overhead lights. Overall a great place to stay! I hope to go back.

4x4 necessary if snow
place very new and clean..very good for what I needed...only 2 complaints are tv doesn't get local channels(or anything) and got stuck in driveway...2018 chevy(granted I didn't read or notice the 4x4 recommended part)...overall very happy with all amenities ...did not think clubhouse open(Covid)

Under the beautiful house
Great little place for 2 people. Wish I would have bought my electric cooker because the pans and stove were hard to cook on. But Im not a good cook so probably why it was even harder for me. They need a new coffee maker, but other than that it was amazing to have a hot shower after enjoying a day at the bike park!

Not as advertised!
The website portrayed this place as much bigger with more amenities at the location than there were. The pool and weight room were at a separate location one block away at a Rec Center that was closed indefinitely. Place is actually a small apartment underneath and behind the actual residence. Did not have much in the way of cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. Could have used more and/or bigger towels in the bathroom. Several light bulbs were burned out as well.
