We invite you to spend an unforgettable stay in our 125 m² family home, built in 2022. Ideal for 2 to 7 people, this house combines modern decoration, brightness and high-end equipment so that your holiday is synonymous with relaxation and fun.

Ideal location:
Located only a few minutes from the seaside, you will enjoy both the calm of a residential area and the immediate proximity of Biarritz and its many activities. The area is lively and convenient, with bakery/pastry shop, pizzeria, tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market and pharmacy within walking distance. Whether you come for surfing, golf, tennis or walks by the ocean, everything is at your fingertips.

Comfortable house:
As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the spacious living room on the first floor, composed of a warm living room, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is provided for easy cooking.
A practical cellar with washing machine and dryer is also at your disposal. You will find on the first floor a toilet with washbasin and a bedroom with private bathroom, ideal for 2 people, offering a direct view of the pool for waking up with your feet in the water.

Upstairs, three other bedrooms welcome you:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140 cm)
- A third bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and a child's bed
A bathroom Complete with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet, complete the floor for everyone's comfort.

Heated & secure swimming pool:
Enjoy a pleasant garden and a sliding terrace, securing the pool while allowing you to enjoy the sun. The terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing by the water or sharing convivial moments.
