I normally do not write reviews, but this is one that needs to happen. Despite several attempts to remedy the concerns both on site and via email with the manager. Nothing was done. Long story short. The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, there were poor repairs made to virtually every corner of the room. It was doors on the bathroom vanity, the caulking around the tub/shower was discussing. There was a 2x4 in the corner of the room to hold the door open. Immediately after checking in, we tried to report these conditions on three separate attempts to the front desk but nobody was there. I tried to call and report the concerns but nobody responded. I then sent a message through the Expedia App to the hotel but no response. We ended up only straying for the first night of our two night stay and we checked out. Again, nobody was at the front desk to even check out so we dropped our under the office door. All I wanted was to get a refund for the second night that we did not use. No response, just a form email from the manager. Terrible condition of the room and terrible customer service. They could have made everything right by refunding our second night that we did not use, but nothing.
