Layout _____________ Our home has a half bathroom on the ground level along with the kitchen and the living room. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has an en suite bathroom. This unit has its own private entrance. There are no shared doors with the adjoining duplex. There is a small patio in the backyard.

Expectations _____________ 99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.
Parking _____________ Our driveway can fit two cars in tandem and our garage can fit one as well, for a total of up to three cars. The driveway is directly in-front of the unit.
There is no street parking on our street, but if you have more than three cars and need extra parking, free street parking is available on several streets nearby.
Entry _____________ The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door. To enter, press the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, type the same code you used at entry, followed by the CHECK, and the door will lock!
Our Availability _____________ We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!
Extra Sleeping Arrangements _____________ Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, four pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.
House Rules _____________ We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
Our Neighborhood _____________ Located directly across from Pioneer High School and an easy drive from I-94, our house offers immediate proximity to Michigan Stadium and all of the athletic facilities, including Yost Ice Arena, Chrisler Basketball Arena, and the Michigan Baseball Stadium. Downtown Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, the Michigan Hospital, and Kerrytown are only a few minutes away as well.

Getting Around _____________ For public transportation, there are two key bus stops near the property. The first is located across and slightly west on Stadium Blvd at the intersection of Edgewood & Stadium. The second is located on S Main St. For that stop, turn left out of the property and take a left on S Main St. The stop is about two blocks north on S Main, just outside the football stadium.
