Dit luxe appartement met 1 slaapkamer ligt op een toplocatie! Op loopafstand van U of M ziekenhuis, centrale campus Kerry-stad, winkels in de binnenstad en restaurants. Het is ook enkele minuten verwijderd van Argo Park, dat prachtige wandel- en hardlooproutes biedt die u rond de Huron-rivier voeren, evenals een prachtige kano-livrei.
Dit apparaat is in een mooie Ann Arbor thuis aan de oude westkant van Ann Arbor in de buurt van de historische wijk, en heeft het beste van alles! -Alle roestvrijstalen apparaten: koelkast, fornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser en vuilophaal. hardhouten vloeren en granieten toonbanken. De badkamer is prachtig betegeld met porseleinen tegels en een regendouche van Kohler, een handdoekverwarmer. Er is een grote wasruimte met wasmachine en droger in eenheid, en een eigen ingang. Beautiful Basement Bungalow

Cozy, Cute and Comfortable

This was a perfect place for us to go to for rest after a long day at the University of Michigan hospital following my daughters surgery and recovery. It is a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nice welcome basket that was left for us and Kathy was always in touch making sure we were comfortable or needed anything.

Basement unit

The place is clean and well located and Kathy is very responsive. The only thing preventing me to give a 5 stars is that the unit is a basement unit. We are tall (6 feet and taller) and not being able to stand up straight in the bedroom was unpleasant. Plus the family staying on the upstairs unit were waking us up each time they would walk around as the noise travels very well. Too bad because the place was nice otherwise.

Cozy Apt in Terrific Location

Cozy, clean basement apartment in a terrific location, close/walkable to Kerrytown, Main Street, State Street, the U of M campus and all Ann Arbor has to offer. Checkin was easy and communication with Kathy was helpful and prompt. We appreciated the onsite parking at the back of the house for one car. The layout of the space was nice as there was a well equipped kitchen and living room with electric fireplace and large TV, separate from the bedroom and bath. The shower was fabulous, the towel heater divine, though the sink was a little odd/dated. We don't happen to like the smell of room deodorizers and unplugged the one in the bathroom as soon as we figured out what it was, but some people like these. Next time I would be sure to ask Kathy not to spay the sheets or anything with any scent, and I'm sure she'd understand, though I realize we are more sensitive than most. While the place was surprisingly sunny given it's a basement apt, my preference next time would be to stay on an upper floor if she rents those out as well. Either way, we found our stay very cozy and convenient.

We come in for three or four football games a year. This apartment is perfect for two people. It is very clean . We walked to the Michigan football stadium.

Great Location for Football game

Great location, close walking distance (and safe) to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Very clean. We drove in to town and were glad we had a parking space. We liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer as well. Quick repsonses by owner. If I were to come to another game at Michigam I would stay here again!

Wonderful Time in Ann Arbor

Kathy’s property was terrific. The basement apartment felt more lively than we could have ever imagined and the wonderful pictures online don’t do it justice. Only a 10 minute walk from downtown, and in a great location that’s nice and quiet. Kathy was wonderful to communicate with and I couldn’t be more thankful for her to open up this establishment for us. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay, I highly recommend this unit. GO BLUE!

Perfect quiet apartment
