Charmante opnieuw gemodelleerde Anna Maria Cottage een blok naar het strand en Rod & Reel Pier. 1. 5 blokken naar Bean Point Park aan de noordkant van Anna Maria Island. Ontspan in een resort-stijl zwembad omgeven door palmen en weelderige landschapsarchitectuur. Sluit uw dag af met een vriendelijke BBQ, geniet van de Bay Breeze of kijk hoe de dolfijnen springen in de zonsondergang van de westkust van Florida. Maak een korte fietstocht naar Pine Avenue - 6 straten verderop - voor wat eilandwinkelen of beroemde Two Scoops-ijsjes. Island Breeze Cottages bieden voorzieningen zoals: paddle boards, kajaks, straat legale gas aangedreven golfkarretjes, beach cruiser fietsen, gas- en houtskoolgrills. Cornhole, ringgooien, kabel-tv, gratis wifi en nog veel meer!

Unit # 3 is onze grootste unit met een volledige keuken, 2 badkamers met inloopdouches en is geschikt voor maximaal 7 personen met 3 queensize bedden en een eenpersoonsbed. Breng het hele gezin mee of reis met je beste vrienden in onze Deluxe Cottage.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic stay! We did a girls trip but I would happily bring my children to stay here. Only things I would add are a long body mirror and more hooks to hang towels, bathing suits, etc.

Very accommodating host

The pictures are different from what you actually get but it's the same idea. We would have liked more comfortable seating to watch tv. The remodel was not done great. For example the hole in the ceiling in the second bedroom. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful! We had some issues with our golf cart when we arrived and the property manager and owner worked to get it fixed immediately. That was greatly appreciated. We used the bikes and beach chairs and were grateful for them. The pool was clean and the temp perfect. For the price and during spring break, it was perfect. If looking to book just be aware the pictures seem to be a bit old but it was the same idea! Thanks for a great stay!

He had the pleasure of staying here as a family of five in Nov 2023. The cottage was beautifully decorated and perfect size for two adults and 3 small children. Loved the location! It was perfect. And we adored the golf cart. We used it to travel everywhere. The unit was very clean and it appeared the bathrooms were newly renovated. They were beautiful. The only issue was there was absolutely nowhere to hang anything up as far as towels go. Maybe they just didn’t get around to hanging up hooks before our stay? Also, it would be nice to have somewhere to hang beach towels in the unit. Lastly, a small stepstool for children to reach the sink in the bathroom would be an added bonus. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our first and our second stay at Jimmy’s place! The place is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We really enjoy using the bikes and the golf cart! I love how close it is to the beach area where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset!

Great location, pool and grounds

Spent a week at Bay Breeze. Enjoyed our stay very much! The pool was fantastic, private and tropical. Couldn't ask for better. The grounds were well cared for with lovely bbq area. Cottages located 10 minute walk to beach. Interior of cottages were very very clean with high quality bedding and towels. Very attentive local contact, Dan. A few shortcomings: bicycles not in good shape - should be replaced. Beach chairs also should be replaced. Pool chairs aren't great - need repair or to be replaced. The six-seater golf cart is a bit rough - difficult to steer, dirty, some seat belts not operational. Overall this is a great spot! With a few upgrades, perfect!

Spring Break

The owner and property manager made everything easy. Location was fantastic, as it was just steps away from both the bay and gulf beaches. The downtown area of Anna Maria was also within an easy walk, bike ride, or golf cart ride away. We rarely got in the car once we arrived. The amenities that are included are everything you would want. We would rent this place again when returning to AMI. We would recommend trying to catch Mike Sales at the City Pier or Beach Cafe or anywhere else he might be playing throughout the week if you want to hear some great live music.
