Welkom in Anna Maria Island '' paradijs zonder houding ''. Onze onlangs gerenoveerde begane grond bevindt zich in het dorp Anna Maria in een rustige woonstraat, op korte loopafstand van het suikerwitte zandstrand. Gratis trolley stop, winkelen, een verscheidenheid aan restaurants, beide vispieren, het eiland gemeenschapscentrum liggen allemaal op loopafstand.
Veel lokale concerten, festivals, kunst- en ambachtshows en vuurwerk, afhankelijk van het seizoen van uw bezoek.
Met Bradenton, Sarasota en Tampa zo dichtbij kun je zo druk zijn als je wilt met eindeloze activiteiten of rustig het prachtige strand wandelen, kijken naar de dolfijnen zwemmen terwijl je wacht op de spectaculaire zonsondergang.
We hebben wifi-internet, onbeperkt bellen over lange afstand in de VS en Canada. Betegelde vloeren en prachtige gescreende Lanai. Omheind in grote tuin met terras en zal goed opgevoede huisdieren overwegen.
Onze tarieven zijn gebaseerd op dubbele bezetting, maar wij brengen geen kosten in rekening voor kinderen.
Laat ons bij navraag weten hoeveel kinderen in het berichtengebied het vakje voor kinderen echter leeg laten, anders wordt het citaat in rekening gebracht voor kinderen.

We love the cottage, great location, convenient to the Bay for the sunrise and the Gulf for the sunsets. Also close to the bus stop to explore the island. You don't even need to drive. The cottage has everything you need for a short or long stay. We can't wait to go back.

Comfy beach rental!

This darling cottage is in a great location if you love Anna Maria. It is an easy walk to the beach and bay as well as lots of great shopping and restaurants. The living area is super comfortable with lots of recliner choices. The unit is immaculate and the kitchen is well appointed.

Terrific place!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay!! The cottage is super clean and cute! Backyard sitting in the evenings is the best. The cottage has everything you need, just bring a bathing suit!! Beds are comfortable, we slept very well. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. This was my first trip to AMI but it won’t be my last and I’d definitely stay here again.

This cottage is just as described. New appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of towels, two king beds with excellent mattresses, and a large back yard with lounge chairs, a grill and comfy screened porch. Contact with and instructions from the hostess were outstanding. Phenomenal location & owner

Cindy was the best host we’ve ever encountered. She is so accommodating and communicative. She made our trip so easy! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay, a couple blocks over from all of the shopping and restaurants on Pine Street and just down the street from a trolley stop. She has all the amenities for making the beach trip easy & comfortable…a wagon to hold the chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and all of your bags. I would highly recommend!
