Ons vakantiehuis is 1 1/2 blokken naar ofwel de Golf van Mexico of Tampa Bay. We hebben de keuken gerenoveerd en een prachtig zwembad met een tafel in het water toegevoegd om van cocktails te genieten terwijl u geniet van de zon. Ons huis heeft een buitendouche, fietsen, kajaks en een houtskool en gas grill. We zijn gelegen op een groot hoekperceel en we zijn helemaal
omheind zodat uw huisdier ook van onze tuin kan genieten.
Lanai: We hebben een beschutte veranda, bij het zwembad met stoelen en tv. Onze katten zitten graag in de zon en kijken naar de wereld die voorbijgaat ...
Er is ook een patio met tafel, parasol en stoelen.

Living Room: We hebben een enorme omwikkelbare bank die ook heel comfortabel is om te slapen en een aparte fouton in een andere woonkamer. Er zijn dvd's, games, kabel-tv, telefoon. We hebben ook draadloos internet dat een wachtwoord van ons vereist wanneer u huurt.


Linnengoed: we hebben alles wat je nodig hebt om je schoenen uit te doen en te genieten ... veel strandhanddoeken, dekbedden, kussens etc.

Ons huis is strikt rookvrij !!

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It’s been impeccably redone inside. This is our second stay. The property has been redone since the storm last fall. It is bright and airy inside and still has the perfect pool with table and umbrella in the water. The house has everything that you need for a relaxing week! Very close to the beach and Pine Street.

Overall we had a great stay at the snow beach house! The pool was a great plus to enjoy and relax on the property! We wish we could have stayed longer than 7nights! We cooked our meals most of the time during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with the things we needed. And we felt at home in this charming beach house! The short walking distance beach was terrific! We also visited the Fort De Soto beach several times. Less crowded with the fantastic sunsets we photographed. This is our third time staying here and absolutely loved it. This fully equipped house is wonderful and has everything you need. A short walk to Rod and Reel pier or Bean Point. The house and pool were really clean. Friendly neighborhood and close to the City Park, Waterfront or Sandbar restaurant, Two Scoops ice cream, and The Doughnut Experiment.

Great AMI Getaway!

We highly recommend Snow Beach House for AMI visitors. The cottage is clean and well-stocked. It is in a very quiet residential area, so if you're looking for a relaxing vacation, the pool and screened-in porch offer peaceful respites. When you feel like exploring, the road beside the house leads right to the beach. Hungry? The road in front of the house leads to a local favorite--the Rod and Reel. Both are very short strolls. We have stayed on AMI for many years, but this is our first visit to Snow Beach House. It is such a gem, and it will definitely be our go-to vacation rental when we return.

Gorgeous Beaches, Great Location, Clean Comfy Home

Can't wait to book this beautiful home again soon. Spent a week on our annual Mimi and Mamaw Trip with our two little precious guys, ages 4 and 2. The house had everything we wanted and more. The pool was amazing and fun. The location was perfect as we could go down on black to the bay area, or go another block to the gulf side. We rented a golf cart and had a blast checking out the island. The house was so comfy, clean and fun. We will be booking again soon. Triple Celebration Vacation

Beautiful area, as first time visitors we were pleasantly surprised, well located in the exclusive North end close to the Gulf, Bay, and the Rod and Reel Pier. Short walking distances to all, and with a great heated pool! Well stocked and updated kitchen. Owners are very accommodating, helpful, and quick to reply. The Island had many different sights to see, always something fun to do!

Honeymoon getaway

We absolutely loved our week stay at the snow house. The house is bigger than the pictures. The new keypad system was perfect for easy check in and not having to carry a key around with us. Living room was spacious and couches were super comfy. The house was super clean! Kitchen was great and had whatever u needed dish/utensil wise. We got toilet paper and paper towels on the way...but they supplied us with a good amount to get started with. Bedrooms were nice, bed was so comfortable!. We stayed on our honeymoon so I used the second bedroom as my closet for my clothes, shoes, And to get ready in since there is a second half bath in there. I showered outside everyday lol. It was so relaxing. The screened in porch is so nice , we played cards a lot out there. The grill was perfect for our pool day with BBQ for lunch. So many towels!!!! We had enough for showers, pool, and beach all week and I washed the day before we left. The beach cart was nice to have, we used umbrella and beach chairs for the beach. They didn't have a cooler, but I let pam know as she wasnt aware it was gone, we easily went to the local shop on the golf cart and got a cute cooler bag. The pool is so nice. We enjoyed our stay and AMI is beautiful, we loved golf carting around to explore. BEACH was amazing. 5 minute walk (2 blocks). We had the privacy we needed. Thank u so much for allowing us to rent!
