Our stay was incredible! We suggest this place to anyone looking to stay near the beach and near a bunch of walkable shops and restaurants! Definitely want to come back soon!

Great beach getaway

We enjoyed this upper level unit. It's very close to all the shops, the bay beach and dining. The pool was a very nice place to relax and we rented bikes to make it to the Gulf side beaches and to site-see the island. Overall it was a great stay.

Loved this place!! Location For Sunrise Gardens is very centrally located to amazing restaurant's, beach you can walk out and see Sunrise and few minute walk to sunset! Rooms are perfectly laid out with everything you need! Having a kitchen and area to grill out was perfect! Only disappointment was pool condition. I’m a Floridian so totally understand it takes time after the storms we had in 2024. I have booked for next year and hope that gets improved. Missing tiles and umbrellas and probably need a larger skimmer a lot of sand in bottom of pool. I absolutely loved the quaint cottage style layout of the grounds! Like I said we will be back next year. Thank you!

The condo met the description and expectations. Having access to the pool was nice. My one single complaint is the host not responding in a timely manner, but other than that the stay was smooth sailing!

Housekeeping on site was so kind and helpful. We had some trouble with door code and thankfully the vacasa office was still open and she was able to tell us the code to the key box as the door passcode would not work The property overall was cute and quaint No fancy frills but quiet and clean. We used the grill (could only get 1 of the three to work) and pool many times Our toilet did make a very strange sound for a while after every flush. But worked well still Nice location. Had a golf cart and groceries delivered with no problem Happy vacation spot for sure

My daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip last weekend in this perfect staycation spot. The property was clean and well appointed with cute decor too. Perfect location for our weekend getaway from Tampa to our favorite island!

Quiet Getaway Holmes Beach

Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee.

The room was as described, clean and simple. The room didn’t have a plunger, and when I requested one the first evening, they said someone would be around immediately to help. They weren’t, the on-site property manager was off for 2 days & wasn’t actually notified. I ended up driving 30 mins away to a Walmart at 9:30pm for a plunger so I could have use of my bathroom.

The stay at vacasa resort was nice. Not a terrible location. Cute set up. I feel like the price for everything was a little expensive. The place was clean and super easy check in and check out.
