Welkom bij Paradise on Pine!
Dit is een prachtige waterkant 4 slaapkamers 3. 5 Bath Pool Home op Pine Ave. Deze ruime woning is geschikt voor iedereen! Onlangs gerenoveerd met fijne details en afwerkingen, dit huis is zeker te behagen!
Dit huis biedt een open leefruimte, uitzicht op het water, een grote keuken met eetgedeelte op het eiland, massief houten kasten, blauwe kwarts aanrechtbladen, nieuwe vloeren, lift, overdekt buitendek, grote master suite met extra groot bad, privéloungeset naast de master, inloopkasten, 2e master suite, logeerkamer, stapelbed slaapkamer en garage. Geniet van de zonsondergang op het eiland en het uitzicht op het rustige water. Varen, vissen en watersportliefhebbers zullen genieten van het dok met directe toegang tot Tampa Bay en de Golf van Mexico. Het dok is geschikt voor maximaal een 35ft boot! Ontspan en entertain buiten bij het verwarmde zwembad! De toplocatie aan Pine Ave ligt op slechts enkele seconden van boetiekjes, restaurants, lokale evenementen, stranden van wereldklasse en de prachtige baai. Mis het verblijf in het paradijs niet.

Wonderful Family Week

This property was beautiful and well laid out for our needs. It was located in the perfect spot for what we wanted. The dock and pool being so close let the guys enjoy fishing while being able to watch the kids enjoy the heated pool! The use of the elevator was a huge bonus for my dad since he has trouble with all the stairs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Beautiful home with many amenities. House had life jackets, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and beach towels. Enjoyed the pool and fished/crabbed right off the dock on the canal. Very clean home and looked just like what you see online. The only downside was we wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall good spot with some amenities

Overall the property was very clean and the location is convenient to pine and gulf ave. Arrived right after hurricane Debby so there was a delay in getting the pool cleaned but it did eventually happen. Kayaks and paddle boards were a nice add in. It would be nice if there were some reels for the fishing rods but we rented some down the street to use in the canal out back. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable. Plenty of games and kitchen utensils available. It would be nice if a golf cart were included. We enjoyed our stay overall and had plenty of space for two families of four.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house which is located right in the hustle bustle of Pine St. If you like walking across the street for a treat, drink or to pick up food, and easily walking to tons of shopping, you'll love this amazing house. I know we did!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great stay with our kids and grandma and aunts and uncles. Walking distance to everything which was ideal for having guests of varying ages. Plenty of space in the very clean house. Very large master bedroom with space for my husband and I and two small children. Would love to come back!

Incredible Stay!

This property was absolutely amazing! Very clean and spacious and in a perfect AMI location on Pine Avenue. The weather was cooler but the pool was very warm. Our family caught dozens of different fish species off of the doc. The AMI Locals management team was absolutely excellent to deal with prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a larger group!

perfect property and location

right in the middle of everything in the City of AM. You can walk to everything or rent a golf cart and drive. great dock where you can fish, relax, or put in a kayak. Close to the beach and close to the big fishing pier. Property had an elevator which was convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. I plan to stay here again.

2023 End Of Summer Family Gathering

We had a wonderful week at "Paradise on Pine"! We brought our 22 ft fishing boat, the dock was perfect for our needs. The pool was great, the children were never bored. The bunk room with TV was perfect for the hot afternoons rest time. The kitchen is well equipped for all our needs. There were 6 adults and children, we were never in each other's way. Plenty of quiet space to escape to. We had the most amazing sunsets!! Having a golf cart was very helpful with the group size we had. Being so close to town and the beach was fantastic. Beach accessories were much appreciated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Highly recommend the beautiful home!

Love Paradise on Pine!

First time going to Anna Marie Island and it didn’t disappoint! We were family of 9 . Four adults and 5 kids ranging from 12-18. The house was amazing ! Everyone loved the pool and fishing off the dock! The location is perfect! Shops and restaurants are on both sides of the street just steps from the house! The beach is a 4 minute walk down the street! We rented bikes from Lazy Turtle rental 2 minutes away and explored all of the island ! Will definitely love to stay on Anna Marie again and would want to stay at this house!
