The front desk clerk was unpleasant and did not smile once. She seemed very annoyed and shuffled back and forth slowly as if she was either highly medicated or just extremely tired. The next morning she had the same attitude and told me to "wait" until she was ready to come out of her office in order to assist me up front. At night anys would greet me on my pillows and the nightstand where my water bottle rested. And then to add insult to injury, there was a wasp in the curtains that just hung out there the entire time. I stayed in the hotel one night and by the time it was time for me to leave, the whole entire hotel had lost power. Yep, that meant I had to walk down the stairs in total darkness.And I must admit, I never experienced that at a hotel before. This location was subpar and a terrible experience.
