Hotels voor shoppers in Annecy

'Séjour très décevant à l'hôtel Les Trésoms Lake and Spa resort. On commence par nous proposer le parking à l'intérieur de l'hôtel mais en "oubliant" de signaler que celui-ci est payant ! Nous l'apprenons par hasard le lendemain et nous devons réclamer pour que nous ne soyons pas facturé ! Comme déjà souvent signalé par d'autres voyageurs avant moi, les chambres sont très petites et les rangements quasi inexistant ! il est vrai que si on place une machine à café et un frigo dans une garde robe...

'We like to book via VRBO because we can use their app to communicate with the host. Unfortunately this host is not there to see to the check-in and check-out. Her concierge for the check-in could only contact us via email due to our limitations and him not having access to VRBO. We had to wait for him to be available. On checkout it was someone else and the host did not let them know that we could only communicate via email so we had to take our chance and leave the keys under the mat....

'Location is awesome. It would have been nice if the details explained where parking is located. Parking was not too far away and a breeze. Pricing was not too expensive. The apt. has its challenges. Entry into the building is a bit lacking of desirability. Once you get to the unit it’s spacious and works. Beds are good, heating units take a few to quick in, but downstairs never fully heats up. Our only complaints are no WiFi and the cleanliness. It lacks that extra touch. We’d stay...
