Vriendelijk personeel, kamer was comfortabel met een fijn bed. Echter toonde de badkamer wat gebreken en schimmel in de douche. Ook bevatte de handdoeken onuitwasbare vlekken.

The hotel itself is really nice, the rooms are decent, comfortable and clean. But what really made our stay wonderful is the staff. They are all so friendly and eager to make your stay pleasant. A special thank you goes out to Burak and Dağlar. We had a blast with those two, such friendly guys. Also a thank you to Ms. Nihal with whom we had nice conversations with. The hotel felt like home and our stay was really way too short!

Mooie accomodatie, ietwat verstopt. Zeer nette staat. Fijnw bedden en een moderne badkamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk !@!

Super tasty breakfast and great staff. The hotel has charm. The furnishings are stylish. Only the ceiling paint in my room was peeling off and the corners in the bathroom could be painted. Everything you need is there. The great overall impression is somewhat spoiled by the necessary repairs.

Calm area comfortable bed.Bathroom need renovation
We were disappointed when we first saw the room: The couch is broken and dirty. The bathroom is old and requires immediate renovation. There we no drinks in the fridge as shown in the pictures. However the hotel is very calm and the bed is deluxe as promised. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is situated well, good quick connections to many towns ,shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and dentists. Fantastic value ! Lovely hotel, especially if you want to be close to amenities but want to come back to a peaceful place to rest. Absolutely fab as it was so close to the sea ( literally a minute away) with beautiful views. Cleaning staff and breakfast waitresses were lovely and would go out of their way to help. Would have been great to have a varied breakfast menu as we we served the same everyday. But nevertheless the breakfast was good. SOME of the reception staff were more helpful than others. I booked the deluxe room which I didn’t have on my first night even though I emailed and called before my arrival to make sure it was ready for me as I had a late night flight. I was given a standard room and any talk of a refund for that night was dismissed 😕. Apart from the false start, I would definitely book with this hotel again.

Shocking management
Checked it bt they had double booked my room . I had a deluxe room booked 35sq meters but i had to settle for basicroom half the size . Tiny in fact. When i questioned the price saying i wasn't happy to pay the same price for the basic room, they said it wasnt their problem and i could find another hotel if i wasn't happy. Bearing in mind i was lone traveller and arrived late in the evening. The next day when i challenged the price again one of the male staff said "listen lady what do you want the room for free" Erm no i just wanted the room i booked at the price i booked it for failing that i will pay the worth of the tiny room provided. So the management staff were awful unfreindly and outright rude. However the cleaning staff and restaurant staff were so lovely kind and freindly whom do a fantastic job tirelessly

Waren zu 7, hatten 3 Deluxe Doppelzimmer und 1 Einzelzimmer reserviert und bekamen nur 1 Deluxe Doppelzimmer und 3 Standard Doppelzimmer. Für das Einzelzimmer gleicher Preis wie Doppelzimmer!!

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Also Personal ist super freundlich, aber kein Shampoo oder Dusch Gel im Badezimmer. Wenig Toilettenpapier. Fernseher ist viel zu klein und ist auch alt. Essen ist sauber aber teller leider nicht und stinken immer.
