Prima hotel voor een korte vakantie of zakenreis.
Mooi hotel met vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was weliswaar niet groot, maar goed ingericht met o.a. koffie en thee zet faciliteiten, een grote flatscreen TV en een prachtig uitzicht. De hotelkamers beschikken geen van alle over een balkon helaas. Er is in het hotel een zwembad en een groot strand plateau beneden aan zee en te bereiken met een lift. Het ontbijtbuffet was enorm in z’n diversiteit en van uitstekende kwaliteit, maar een minpunt is het brood, niet vers en weinig variatie. Het dinerbuffet was kwalitatief uitstekend, maar een beetje te weinig keuze. Al met al een prima hotel met een goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding. De locatie is goed en bevindt zich ongeveer tussen het centrum van Antalya en de stranden van LARA. Er is dichtbij een bushalte met goede verbindingen.

Wij hadden deze hotel met ontbijt geboekt. Het locatie is perfect. Veel te zien en te doen op loopafstand van het hotel. Hotel heeft een hele mooie uitzicht op zee en is echt schoon. Genoeg ligstoelen bij de zwembad en de zee. De zee is schoon, je zwemt met kleine visjes. Ik was samen met mijn vrouw en wij vonden het heel erg leuk, de hotel zelf en de locatie. Eten is echt niet duur in het hotel en is ook nog lekker. Omgeving hotel heb je genoeg restaurants en bars. Taxi's voor de deur en zijn ook goedkoop. Van hotel naar Old Bazaar is €5,00 met de taxi. Minpunt was dat de tv geen goede beeld had. Als je rustige hotel zoekt waar je rust wil zee en zwembad wil plus in de buurt veel winkels of restaurants wil waar je heen kan raad ik OZ Hotel zeker aan. Ideaal voor stellen. Wij komen zeker weer terug.

Staff was friendly and excellent. Hotel had some unclear policies that dragged down the experience. Water could be purchased but was also handed out freely, the "no-food-from-outside" restriction was completely unnecessary imo. Food at restaurant was sub-par at best but the breakfast was good. At least 90 % of the gym was non-functional. Had a strange hiccup regarding duvets for the bed that was missing the first night, and the reply was "it will be sorted tomorrow" - try explaining that to your girlfriend. Bathroom was clean but not thoroughly as we could see traces of hair on the walls. Netflix was preinstalled on all tv:s but no TV had internet access. Clothes rail was busted and so was the towel rail in the bathroom. The hotel has a lot of potential, and once again staff was amazing and friendly. It's a shame but given the prices perhaps all-in-all an ok stay.

It’s was a pleasant stay. In a nice area in Antalya. The hotel room is really nice up to my expectations. Staff are great all of them from the vale parking to the security personal. The rooms and comfort of the rooms are definitely not a 5 star more a 3 star quality - the gym facilities a few machines broken and spa facilities were great . The breakfast options were amazing and the staff was super friendly . On arrival we did find lots of hairs in the shower and floor. The plug sockets broken . The pool is tiny considering the amount of space they have it can actually be more bigger on the outside. The interior design in the lobby downstairs is 10/10 just a shame the bedrooms aren’t the same. Very silly you can’t bring food from outside in to the hotel room.

Having read the poor reviews of the hotel was pleasantly surprised on the contrary my room was spacious with sea view, the breakfast and dinner were both excellent with a huge choice served buffet style and the staff were all amazing. Very good value and would return.

Das Personal war sehr nett, vor allem im Wellness-Bereich. Die Massagen dort kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich habe einige Kommentare gelesen, in denen sich über das Personal beschwert wurde, das kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Allerdings muss man sich schon fragen, wie sich einige Gäste benehmen. Ich wurde Zeugin eines Ausrasters. Ein Gast hat das Personal vulgär beschimpft und ist laut geworden, weil er die Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessraums verpasst hat und man ihn nicht mehr hereinlassen konnte. Der Reinigungsdienst war bereits dort. Das Personal war sichtlich erschüttert, hat aber absolut professionell reagiert. Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt, das Frühstück toll und in der Umgebung zahlreiche nette Möglichkeiten für ein gutes Abendessen.

It is a very nice hotel, the cleaners were very friendly. However, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were not working for over a week so we couldn’t use it. The steaming room was not working either. This hotel doesn’t meet the requirements of a 5 stars hotel to be honest. The seafront was nice though and the breakfast was okay too.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und man fühlte sich sofort Willkommen. Die Lage ist gut, und die Partymeile mit vielen Restaurants ist in angenehmer Gehdistanz. Am Pool hat es leider zu wenig Liegestühle, dafür ist der Strand an den Klippen ein Erlebnis. Wir würden dieses Hotel sicher wieder buchen.
