  • Joyeux villa ligt in een rustige woonwijk.
    Het is gelegen in het centrum van Juan les Pins / Antibes. Het is een privé-villa met ongeveer 1000 m2 grond.
    De gehele buitenkant is geheel gerenoveerd. Er is een grote, nieuwe vloerafwerking gebied rond het zwembad, waar er vele ligstoelen.

    Het zwembad is groot en nieuw betegeld. Er zijn trappen naar beneden in het ondiepe gedeelte, ideaal voor kinderen. Is er een hek rond het zwembad voor de veiligheid van kinderen.

    Het zwembad kan worden verwarmd.

    Er is een betegelde terras, direct buiten de woonkamer / keuken, met outdoor tafel en stoelen voor de maaltijden met uitzicht op het zwembad. Er is ook een lounge in de buitenlucht, in de schaduw, met uitzicht op het zwembad.

    Er is een grote hot tub op het dek met uitzicht op het zwembad.

    De tuin gaat rond de villa, waarvan een deel hiervan is gras. Kinderen kunnen lopen rond de villa; het terrein is volledig vlak en ingesloten.

    De woning heeft een eigen parkeerplaats voor auto's, maar het is ook mogelijk een auto te huren vanwege de geweldige locatie.

    Het interieur van Villa Vrolijk is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd; met nieuwe tegels, meubilair en stoffering in heel. De villa is aangelegd op 2 niveaus.

    De woon / eetkamer keuken zijn op de begane grond. Ze openen direct op het terras en het zwembad. Er zijn ook 2 slaapkamers op de begane grond. Er is 1 slaapkamer en 1 aparte slaapkamer. Er is 1 complete badkamer en toilet op dit niveau.

    De eerste verdieping heeft nog eens 4 slaapkamers. De grote slaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer en komt uit op een groot front balkon dat uitkijkt op het zwembad en het terras beneden. Een slaapkamer opent ook op dezelfde groot balkon. Er zijn nog 2 slaapkamers op deze verdieping, een van deze slaapkamers hebben toegang tot een balkon. Deze slaapkamers delen de derde badkamer.

    Voor een grote groep mensen, er is de mogelijkheid om de tweede verdieping, die is een mooie, grote open ruimte met 3 eenpersoonsbedden te gebruiken. Het heeft een eigen badkamer en komt uit op een zeer groot balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad.

    Er is airconditioning in het hele huis. Elke slaapkamer heeft tv-faciliteiten.

La villa est bien mieux que les photographies le représentent. Les chambres sont spacieuses et équipées d'un grand placard. L'intérieur est très agréable et plus grand que les photos le laissent supposer. Le jacuzzi est propre, comme la piscine, comme tout. La maison est nickel. Les propriétaires sont bienveillants, gentils. Ils nous ont accueillis dès notre arrivée, nous ont tout expliqué clairement et ont été à notre écoute tout au long du séjour.

Fantastic location and a great outdoor area

The house was exactly like the pictures. The outdoor area was amazing and really nice location with short walks to both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. The House deserves a little facelift and the cleaniness when we arrived could have been bit better but all in all we had a great stay and will return if we get the possibility

Villa bella e confortevole

Lise è stata molto gentile e precisa sia durante la prenotazione che al check in, ottimo il vino rosé offerto come benvenuto, e check out. La Villa è molto bella e confortevole con spazi ben divisi. Ci siamo molto goduti la piscina. Nella camera al terzo piano potrebbe servire un armadio o qualcosa per i vestiti.

Good days in Juan Les Pins

The house is very nice, the pool was popular with the children. It takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the bakary and the Spar market. We also walked to the Picasso museum and that took 40 minutes with young children. Late July may not be the optimal because of the heat, but we can recommend this house and Lise was very helpful.

Fantastic stay at this Villa.. Lise and Jon were exceptional hosts and the property equalled their service .. it is a perfect property for friends / family (16 in our case). The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage with air con in each room. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed for a stay. Fresh towels provided for bathrooms and for round the pool. Can’t fault it… Walking distance from just le Pins train station and several supermarkets. The beach and Antibes are really great. Pool / hot tub are great for cooling off or chilling out round the sun deck. Massive Thanks to the owners and Jon / Lise for hosting us - will be back !!!! 5star every day of the week 👍

Really enjoyed our holiday, want to go back soon

We were so excited to spend a family holiday in Anitbes. We are a large family with all ages and this was such a great property for us. The setting around the pool was just what we needed as we spent most of our holiday there. Heated pool and jacuzzi were a huge plus. We walked into Juan les Pins and Antibes several nights for dinner - we hardly drove anywhere actually as everything is so close by. We also walked to the beaches. The property was well equipped, great size bedrooms. We had one issue with the dishwasher and the manager dealt with it immediately. Do recommend maybe having some outdoor children's toys, as there is grassy garden area. If we come back to this area, we would definitely look at coming back here.

Excellent stay in a great location

We were looking for a large property for a family celebration - we needed lots of bedrooms and had a spread of ages. 8 adults and 7 kids between 9 years and 4 months old Lise’s place and welcome were just excellent. There’s enough space to spread out and enough outside space and toys to keep everyone entertained. We enjoyed the location - most days we took a walk into the town or to the beach which are easy, and there’s plenty of supermarkets, bakeries and other shops to find everything you need. Restaurants nearby are excellent and plentiful. You’ll pay for them but you’re in the South of France so you need to expect that. Uber works really well, and everyone took rides to old Antibes and other places, which again was easy and pretty cheap. The review is five stars because the house was exactly what we expected and needed, and because even though we had a couple of issues, they were all sorted out quickly and effectively by Lise with no questions or delays. She really is great! The house is a little tired and could do with some TLC, but again no dangers or problems at all and nothing that ruined the trip. If you want a large house, lovely pool, great location and excellent host then this is the place.

A Nice place to stay in Antibes/Juan Les Pins

Our big familiy with of 14 with adults, teenagers and children stayed in this villa in October. The location is ideal for short walks to both Anitbes centre and Juan Les Pins centre and was a perfect spot for us. We had cars and travelled in the Cote de Azure regions at day, and took the walks to the nearby centres for Restaurants in the evening. The area is calm and quiet and the house has a lot of space for a big family. The pool and outside area is nice but some minor upgrades might be needed on the turf. All in all the house served our needs in all areas. The welcome and contact during the stay with Lise was excellent.

Villa Joyeux Sept 2017

The villa was as good as we expected and was just as described in the ad. We were really pleased that the top floor had been opened so the 7 of us had a bedroom each and no-one had to share. We thought the villa's location was excellent, on a quiet road but within easy walking distance into Juan Les Pains and the train station. Also the walk into Antibes wasn't too far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Joyeux for a holiday in the South of France. We did have a couple of minor niggles - there wasn't a hairdryer in the villa or tea towels but these were brought for us. Also the kettle became very tempremental so we had to boil water in a pan which wasn't ideal. We didn't really feel it was up to us to go and purchase another kettle. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned either. Finally, it would have been nice to have met Lise before we left for the airport just to go round the villa and check everything but we understand she was unavoidably detained at another property. However, these are just minor details and we all had a really great holiday.

Veldig fint.Anbefales på det varmeste.

Vi har vært 15 stk i denne fine boligen i en uke nå. Huset var fint med store soverom og aircondition i alle rom, veldig flott basseng med solsenger og uteområde. Det er sentralt og fin spasertur ned til stranden og alle butikker og resturanter. Enkelt å finne frem til både buss og tog.
