Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom. The flat is ideally located in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Just 5 minutes' walk from the Gould pine forest, this flat is in a lively area all year round, with many local shops: a bakery ideal for croissants and hot bread for breakfast, a butcher's, delicatessen and delicatessen offering excellent prepared dishes, numerous boutiques, the restaurants of Juan-les-Pins and Old Antibes, several supermarkets...
