A 10 m² balcony, accessible from the living room and the main (air-conditioned) bedroom, with a small table for two. This outside area is designed with two distinct ambiances — perfect for dining or relaxing with a coffee in the sun.

A separate kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Cooking utensils, Washing machine) independent bathroom (a large walk-in shower), and independent toilet

The apartment is located in a quiet, residential building with a small elevator

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

🚗 Please note: The apartment does not include a parking space. However, you can park your car at the private underground parking Q-Park Les Poiriers on Place de Gaulle. Rates and availability can be checked online.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please confirm your departure time the day before so we can organize key return and inspection.

Late arrivals after 8:00 PM may be possible via self check-in, subject to availability — please contact us in advance to organize this.
