'Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

It was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels had stains, stray hairs on the linens and in the bathroom, the room smelt funny, and our pillows were all different sizes.'

'This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine.'

'Typical corporate feel, clean , met need for stay over on way to east coast. Mall nearby with decent eats.'

'The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed .'
