'I don’t usually leave reviews. Came in for 5 days we are in are later 30s looking to relax and reset which was nice but there’s literally nothing to do here. Pool is small and everytime we went to the bar no one was there had to wait. Breakfast lunch and dinner were all in the same spot food was okay not many options and not any place to grab snacks or anything mid day. Everytime We went for lunch and dinner reservations we are waiting to be seated and there’s not enough staff takes forever to...

'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'The staff were definitely on island time and things were a little disorganized. The room was nice, and most of the staff were nice. There was no food or drink service at the pools. We had to ask for sodas in the restaurant multiple times, and sometimes didn't even get them before we were done eating. The beach areas were nice. The restaurant schedules were a little strange and after a certain time, there was only one place to get food. '

'I stayed in a Royal Palm Beach room which was stunning. Rustic, charming, clean and peaceful. Right on the beach with my own sunbed and stunning ocean front room. I cant wait to come back'

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
