'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic Adult All Inclusive. It was our anniversary. The door had a banner, and we had a free anniversary desert at dinner. The resort is beautiful with entertainment every day/night. Staff was very nice especially Alicia and Kevin at the front desk. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned for two days. 'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '
