I kept looking around and getting a huge smile on my face, I fell in love with this place. The very friendly owner is an artist, pay special attention to all the creative lamps made by him. The house itself is not large but has different spaces to sit/ hang/ read/ sleep/ eat so even with 4 people you have plenty of space to spread out....

'The apartment was amazing. Beautiful decor, spacious, well appointed and incredibly comfortable. The balcony was beautiful with west facing views and gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to many lovely restaurants and cafes. As well, close to Delphi and other towns/villages along the coastline of the Gulf of Corinth such as Galaxidi and Erateini. So stunning and beautiful. Efi was an amazing host. Always there for us. Overall a most enjoyable stay in Efi’s apartment in Itea. '

'Villa Terracotta was our homebase for a 10 day celebration of my 80th birthday. It was perfect. Spacious, cool, five bathrooms for five people. We had a wonderful time. Also, as a bird watcher, I really enjoyed the vegetation on the property and the undeveloped surroundings, which brought in many species of native birds. It was very close to Delphi, and we enjoyed many trips down to the beach at Itea. We also made it up to Mount Parnassus. I would come again in an instant.'

'Loved this place, and the people! For anyone visiting Delphi--which is crowded and touristy--the chance to stay 10 minutes away in the lovely mountain village of Arachova is a gift. The apartment has an incredible view, is totally equipped (including a broad range of teas from the awesome teahouse in town), and the owners are flexible and responsive, and generous. Since we couldn't park our van in the garage (due to a high roof), the housekeepers came over on our departure day, helped us load...

"We had to move to the sister hotel Fedriades because the Parnasdos hotel was closed due to water problems. If you read the other reviews that happens a lot. They do that when there isn't a lot if people and it's cheaper for them to open just 1 hotel. But then you got another type of room then the one you booked and paided for! The Fedriates hotel self wasn't good. Very basic breakfast. Small bathroom and you couldn't close the door properly. The mini freezer doesn't cool. "
