Facilities and standard of room are beyond excellent, and the property looks even better in real life than the already amazing photos. 'First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans. 'We had a wonderfull stay in Autumn. Lots of space, options to sit outsite, a truly original feeling of the house. The only missers was that it was on the VRBO website it was stated to be 0.2 km from the Monopoli Catherdral. So we expected to be near the centre of Monopoli, which it is absolutely not.
